Banana Pudding Parfait
4 bananas
2 c vanilla wafers
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
8oz cream cheese (room temp)
2 tbsp vanilla
2 c heavy whipping cream
Place vanilla wafers in a zip lock bag and crush them with your hands. Peel and chop 3 bananas and put them in a medium bowl. Smash the bananas with a potato masher. In a separate bowl add sweetened condensed milk with the cream cheese and mix with hand mixer. Then combine both smashed bananas and cream cheese mixture together. I like to keep a mixing bowl and mixer blades the freezer to make fresh whipped cream. Take bowl out of freezer and add heavy whipping cream and mix together until whip cream is light and fluffy. Fold in vanilla and banana cream cheese mixture together with the whipped cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take a glass mug and layer crush vanilla wafers, then whipping cream banana mixture and repeat one more time. Top with chopped bananas and vanilla wafers. EAT AND EJOY!
