If you are connected on a computer there is a command you can run in the command prompt and it will show you the information, I'll find a video for it if you're still having trouble mate

No need to be afraid m8. It just reset your wifi password and disconnect all the ppl who's connected on the router. Just ask them to connect again after resetting it.

Some routers are difficult to gain access a second time. The thing is when you gain access, My advice is don't log out until your sure and fully finished.

Try looking at the bottom of your modem which is the one next or connected to your computer and under it will be a sticker falling you the password and the username

On most routers to factory reset the router there is a little hole you can put a paper clip in for about 10-30 seconds
