    Another wonderful vlog Dee I wonder when it rains how do they cope in those huts🛖. Dee what u used to collect the firewood with is called cutlass or machete in English. And for real if u hv never done that with ur slippers then u hv not experienced village life very sweet n stress free 😀😀

    Firewood in ukambani we call them "Ngu'" .....from Mutomo, Kitui county,Kenya.

    Dee zanziba village peoples there are not dress like that they wear kanga and full dress inside whoever's telling you that he or shes wrong I came from zanzibar and I know my village peoples how they dressing up everyday

    The same as our lives here in our village we go to school no sleepers no foods we found foods in the mountain look for rootcrops banana for our food I remember those days when I was very young

    Woooow Namibia in one of our vaniculers we call the carrier 'Onghata' and the village setup we have alot in common. Woow Im fascinating. My daughter said your dressing code, and sitting posture is amazing. Keep it up dear, promete the Modesty way of dressing my love💕💕💃💃

    Well I am not for African my grandparents are from Zambia I did that in my country of Birth Guyana 🇬🇾 but I now live in the USA 🇺🇸 for 33years

    Where is the 1000 likes button, YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL VILLAGE GIRL.. In Grenada we refer to the straw made head rest as a Kater. What an amazing basket made from straw in just a few minutes. I am sure it's made in my country but first time seeing it first hand. Congrats on this video and keep the village videos coming.

    In Tanzania they call it kata
    That’s not the way Zanzibari people wear,they don’t show their body

    Who else liked before clicking!! I love Village Life🥰 In my local language we call it Engatta and we normally use the green banana leaves not the dry ones. I miss Village life. I have repaired one before in my village in Uganda 🇺🇬
    That well is very deep wow..don't animals or people fall in accidentally?
    Yes we eat the cassava leaves in my village..so delicious..we call it Sombe👌

    Wow in my language (Otjiherero) in Namibia is called Ongata. One thing that I learned while I lived in east Africa is that we have similar WORDS.

    I used to get wood for cooking too. The pieces u got we call those bram beam. Those are used to light the fire. Bigger pieces of wood are used for cooking. The wrap to put on your head is called kata here in Jamaica.
