I like the review however, I was able to connect the Ray to my Sony TV and get the sound controlled by the TV remote you could still see the bar coming across the screen with the numbers.
You have to turn the Bluetooth control off on the Sony TV.

This is good news for me. Also have a Sony tv in my guest room and I’m getting a Ray delivered today and hoped that it worked due to guest not really knowing how it works and would just be confused if they used the volume and it didn’t work lol

@@ILLESTTRUTH yeah I was going crazy trying to figure it out. I even got another remote because I thought something was wrong with my remote but when I disabled that Google function on the Sony which is the Bluetooth, it worked fine.
Go into settings and turn the Bluetooth function off on the TV.
