I look back to some of your older video I can really see how much younger and firmer your skin looked . I tried the jaws exercise the one I pushed my tongue to the back of my front teeth it really worked I can actually see my jaws shrinking hank you so very much . Why don't you produce DVD for each playlist,
This is a great exercise PETA , just what l need,. Especially under the right eye, l'd say caused by sun, whilst driving. Will do when l get up too series five. Initially couldn't squint, so l fired the what emotion, and got it right. But l had to laugh, as my border collie, cross kelpie, my baby boy, just didn't like me going what, what! He just howled, n howled! He's such a sweetie. Keep up the good work, u never cease to amaze me! Xxx
hope this can help you as you appear to have helped me, allow me. I was looking into eye exercises with the intent of reversing damage from over computing when i found your channel. Any way my point is it appears there are exercises that can fix vision, worth a research if your eyes are degrading as you mentioned in the video. Hope it helps & good luck sexy gran ;)

Thanks a lot for your all exercises. they are a big help. in this series there are 2 problems that I don't understand: They come in the name of series 7, but in the videos say series 5. why? and other problem is that they don't come on order; first the eyes and cheeks come and then forehead. shouldn't we start from forehead?

ok, what i did was leave out the other eye exercise by accident. So there is the eye exercise and the lower eye exercise that you are referring to after that one. Thanks for pointing it out. :-)

Hi. Please answer this query : I am 25 and have recently gotten only a few problems that I want to target. But your series also includes other exercises that I don't need right now. Do I still need to follow each of the exercises of that series? Or I can just do the ones tht target my problems. Please let me know :)
Hi Prerna, you have to follow the full face routines regardless of what your face is doing. You cannot "target" any specific place on your face. With the repetitions you need to do full face routines otherwise the areas you do not exercise will cause the muscles to compact. I would advise if you cant do this, follow a face yoga channel instead because you will run into more problems if you do not follow the program exactly.

My crows feet, doesn't show up much, until I smileThat's when they crop up, like those damn fleas , when you go outside on a hot summer day, and you sometimes notice themon your legs, and socks. UGH !!! What we also have in common is myopia. I had an eye surgery procedure for cataracts, and narrow angle glaucoma. With this particular eye disorder, this type of glaucoma can be elevated, with the removal of the natural lens that has been clouded by cataracts. If you haven't had your eyes checked out thoroughly, I would suggest, thatyou consider doing so , just to make sure, there are no issues, going on with your eyes, other, than near sightedness, (myopia).You have such beautiful eyes, Peta, and many years to enjoy seeing the beauty of our earth , and all the wonderful , entities, that bring us all , so much joy. Hello thank you for your help. I am looking desperately for anything that can help my under eyes . I was injected with Botox under my eyes 15 months ago and I still have eye bags that resulted from the Botox. I wonder if eye muscle exercises can tighten my poor muscles back and push the fat pads back inside. Do you have any specific suggestions or links to any particular eye exercises? Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Hi Patricia, unfortunately not. All of the muscles are interconnected, so wherever you have had the botox, you will not be able to exercise as the muscle does not move, and, this will cause the muscle to sag more after the botox disperses.
@@facerobics thank you for replying. I am confused. I am able to move my under eye muscles and squint and tighten. It has been 15 months since the injections. I am just trying to tighten the muscles now that the Botox is gone and my muscles are no longer frozen.
It does take sometime to learn how to use the facial muscles in this manner. You need to practice. Also, you need to be doing a full face routine, you cant just do one exercise in my program otherwise you will get more wrinkling and sagging. Hi there, you are probably looking at someone elses play list, you need to go to the channel and look there for them. We do not have a Series 7 yet.
