How long?
I wouldn't recommend thomson tv their quality is sub par at least not good for long term. Usable upto 3 years then small issues start popping up and finally it is the panel that gives major headache.
Don't know if anything improved from before.
55 inch OP Max got delivered and installed yesterday. But on Dolby vision content on hotstar, prime videos and Netflix, content shows in pink green.
I’m actually surprised. A lot of people have been complaining about it. I didn’t experience it in my unit. However I suggest you do a factory reset and try if it works
@@TechSingh General troubleshooting to kar hi li jaise hard reset, picture settings while playing the DV content. Complaint daal di h but now rewatched your review video again and I notice that you never demonstrated any such content. I can see everything now.

Hope you are doing well.
This is the Most awaited review for Thomson Oathpro Max tv. I was expecting you would review 65 inch, but even this does the job.
I planned on buying this TV, but after analysing a lot of reviews, even the recent ones in the past 6 months. I found the following points.
1. Vertical/Horizontal Lines come in the screen within a month or two.
2. Remote doesn't function properly. .
3. Most important thing, the customer care don't respond quickly if there is any issue and no technicians will come and visit for repair soon. It will be Very Late.
4. When we play Dolby Vision Content, it will turn pinkish/greenish sometimes.
5. There is a chance of display going black and audio still playing..
6. Lifespan of Thomson TVs is nearly a year or a year and a half.
I am confused whether to buy this TV or not, because there are a lot of options in the Market, but this seems to be affordable than every other Product.
Can you tell me if there is any update or design changes in this year version of the TV.

After sale support is very bad for every brand other than Samsung, LG and Sony as they hire third party to offer warranty support. Service team won't even visit and close issue by marking it as resolved. I recently bought Acer I series Google tv which had dead pixels but service team closed the case without visiting. After a lot of complaints returning it for refund and will buy Samsung TV for peace of mind.

I have purchased Candy Google TV 55 Inch (2GB, 32GB) for just Rs.22500 after discount. I took the risk as this brand was not popularly known, but the risk was totally worth it. You have to pay 35-40000 for the specs this TV offers. Amazing deal, happy with the purchase 🔥

And for those doubting the price please you can verify calling Bajaj Electronics in Gachibowli Hyderabad. There was also another Electronics store called Pai Electronics very well known like Bajaj Electronics they also quoted the same price and same offer for credit cards with 3 years comprehensive warranty.

I think I made a huge mistake buying the Sony X75L instead of this TV because the features it offers at this price point far beats what Sony has go offer :(
Sony tvs display panel is way better than any budget TV.
Low budget Tv provide HDR, Hdr10, Dolby vision but they are useless features you can not enjoy this features if tvs panel is not good.
