Clock Tower is a survival horror point-and-click game in which Jennifer Simpson attempts to uncover the secrets of the Barrows mansion where she and her fellow orphans have been trapped. Jennifer must avoid traps, monsters, and a scissor-wielding psychopath as she explores the strange mansion.
This movie takes advantage of several small tricks and glitches to achieve the best ending, Ending S, in under 12 minutes. Among them are an inventory glitch, which allows skipping through dialogue, and a select glitch, which allows Jennifer to run through the psychopath by clicking an object on the screen. Several new glitches this time around also contribute to a 00:33.05 second improvement over ruadath ( tasvideos.org/... )'s previous run ( tasvideos.org/... ).
We also have a run that beats the game as fast as possible ( tasvideos.org/... ).

No, I think that's just the sprite being too small for you to actually be able to see her eyes properly.
Either that, or you could be right. (Although, that seems pretty unlikely. Who walks around a house for 12 minutes straight with their eyes closed?)
