They can eat more and take in less calories because they burn more than most, but there’s still a lot of things in their diets that can be applied to the average person, natural or not. Steve, Greg Doucette and Will tennyson are a few who have given me a lot of diet knowledge and will is the only natural one of the 3.
Love the little details you add into your vlogs like how you build your meals, adjust your macros, etc. But most of all I respect how you are taking time to go visit your grandfather and to create a brand new weekly tradition with him during what is probably the hardest time in his life. love the video i used to have wrist and back pain was going to Chiropractor getting Lazer therapy and acupuncture these things helped a little bit i have never got a cortisone shot but i starting drinking Turmeric tea twice a day and now most of my back and wrist pain have has gone away this might be something your could try cheers and have a great day
Lower Back: I tore ligaments in my lower back years ago. I had to use a cane for a few months to keep myself Upright. It sucked. After almost 8 months I finally found relief from myofascial release of my Psoas. PAINFUL!! Forever thankful for them. Sending you good vibes and prayers. Cheers.

Steve, try using an inversion table for your back! I had the same kind of annular tear and once the inflammation goes down using a table like Teeter really helps decompress your spine , especially after any heavy back day you have. Seriously give it a try!
Hey Steve. Have you ever tried dns (dynamic neuromuscular Stabilization ) my partner does it to help the miners get back to work when they get injured it also help herself when she injured her back when a horse crushed her against a fence.

Had multiple non-serious back issues (I'm only 22 lol), and performing these, along with other exercises and with bodyweight isometric drills helped me out. Never know, could be worth a try man ! Have bulging disk to for past 8 weeks,with sciatic pain.. does those shots help to heal it.? Last time i had a bulging disk with sciatica( 90% worse than now) my mom took me to the e.r and i got a shot in my but,i was told it was morphine and i was floating for 2 days,but also it healed me right up and its 5 years ago.
