This was so enjoyable to watch, not only for the cooking aspect, but also for the scenic land of Norway, never knew how beautiful as I haven't seen before. My family loves salmon, wild is the only kind we eat, and to see salmon being prepared so organically right beside the river was a real treat. So tonight I am cooking salmon for dinner and yes I will make my potatoes with beet powder too! I have found a new delight now for Scandinavian cooking! Thank you for creating these lovely episodes, looking forward to viewing more in future.

This is the first episode of New Scan Cook I first saw on PBS and it made it my favorite show. I remember the scene under the bridge, and serving the food on the rock slate. I love Andreas' humor. Love from Southern California

this is a healthier cooking show..I am a 100 percent raw foodist ..I have been high raw for eight years..I do eat some cooked food but right now no....it is cook on a very cold day

Cooking the meatballs on a camping stove. Don't recall seeing him use that in any previous episode.
It's hard to control weather and time of shooting like he did meatballs on the open fire once before.. Anyway he is great chef 👌👨🍳😍🤗💕✨✨✨
