Ever wondered what it looks like when a cooking show host finds his food disgusting? 16:54-18:35. It's hilarious. My favorite cooking show moment ever!
Uff-da. As a Norwegian American I love this show. Not only for the food, but the scenery and history. Growing up in a Norwegian farming community in Illinois, I came to love Norwegian peasant food -- Kumla, boiled torsk, Kringlas, pickled herring, lefse (both non-potato and potato lefse -- which we just called potato cakes), rice pudding, Krumkakke, etc. (Lutefisk, not so much). My Grandfather came to the US in 1910. My other grandparents were born here, but their grandparents came here in the 1850's. So the only thing I can say to Andreas is Tusen Takk (or Manga Takk).
Truly enjoyable videos Andeas and I thank you as I am sure many, many more do as well. THANK YOU!
