    Jay is back in The Mecca, Golds Gym Venice and he takes us through one of his body part to train, BACK! A post workout meal at the Firehouse is next and then a quick visit in Culver City for the Fit World where a slew of IFBB Pros are on hand.
    Not a bad day to spend on a Saturday in Cali.

    I met Jay this past nov at the NPC in Boston. Standing next to a champion even for a few mins for a photo was out of this world!!!!! He signed a pic for my son for his birthday which might i add hasn't come down off his wall since. I kick myself for not taking my son to meet him. Jay is a true champion and gave everyone who wanted to see him the time they deserved genuine dude right there!!!!! Keep inspiring Jay #legend #thesepigs

    I think jay being big and full and strong is good enough!! I dont need to see a comeback. Im just happy enough to see jay not looking all deflated. Being 45 yrs old and having a strong full youthful physique is like winning the olympia every day when you wake up, shouldn't make a comeback.

    You’re one of the best success stories when it comes to bodybuilders retiring - still in amazing shape and now educating others on the sport. You’re doing great where you are and should continue to do what you do now. We all appreciate what you’ve done and the knowledge you are now sharing!

    My personal opinion, Cutler is a legend and retired like a legend should retire..
    Most athletes just dont know when to hang em' up. I say stay a legend and stay retired, let the young bucks gettit.

      @gatocat5927 5 лет назад

      You make a great point but with new technology and nutrition discoveries the new 30s is 50s in all facets of life. Old muscle has lots of memory. When you get older you will realize this.

      @coop98 5 лет назад +2

      Master T New Age Bodybuilding why don’t you go back to CNN with all the other snow flakes

    • @JamesTinyVest
      @JamesTinyVest 5 лет назад +5

      "Master T" You are master of your own delusion. No time here to educate you any further than this: WE now know (well, clearly you do not know) over the long haul from training you actually develop NEW muscle nuclei which you never lose - training has the potential to develop new, additional nuclei. That is what "muscle memory" (as it turns out) actually refers to, and, yes, since you have developed these permanent additional muscle nuclei, you can obviously regain size at an accelerated rate - much faster than required for those initial gains the first time around, because you have MORE muscle (it is subject to atrophy of course but point is there is more of it than that with which you began). I know confusing isn't it? Why not google these studies and step your knowledge up to the 21st century and stop displaying your ignorance.

    Like the natural and laid back advice, no big head, no bullshit just straight to the point advice. That's what I like about Cutler, no ego. This is the sort of advice I can follow from a legend of the sport. Plus I get to see some pretty iconic gyms too.

    First comment for your channel. Yes classic comeback. Just to show people you can and motivate people/fans. I watched your career and was always impressed and now seeing your videos and you talking about how it was back then I’m even more impressed. Thanks for the videos and you have inspired me to try again. I’m 38 out of shape but been hitting it hard for 4 months and still doing good. My doctor almost took me off my blood pressure meds. I’m doing this to show my kids it’s never to late to follow your dreams. Just entering a local show in 3-4 years will be a win for me. Then it’s off to try to get in powerlifting books in benchpress. Thanks for the interpretation again.

    Nah. You always have the legend of what all you've done. My favorite is the comparisons. In your comp days when I was studying diets and splits in m&f or flex I found out your calves and Arnold's were closest of most the big bodybuilders of the time. Your measurements to me were def an attainable goal or point to shoot for. And you had a measurement for everything not just some and others left out. Love this content.
