Near where I live, back in 2021, someone was flashed by a class D speed camera. Class D are the big guys, capable of flashing you between 30 and 300kmh by design limitations. This is important.
You see, this person did not pay even a ticket. Nothing. Why? Because over 300, the limitations of the official design limitations come in. The car was "caught" at 306kmh. Over 2.5 times the speed limit of the area. As such, the speed registered by the radar wasn't legally accepted, thanks to that very limitation, allowing the speeder to go free of charge.
So yes, if you are in an area with a class D radar, you can legally escape pursuit by going over 300.
Meaning that at less than that, you will still be perused.

Reminds me of the time Mythbusters tried several ways to beat a speed camera. They had to use a car with rocket to finally beat it.
Can a speed camera or red light camera be defeated at night by over exposing your license plate, similar to trying to take a flash photo of a license plate at night.
The Rimac can do it
Top gear tried this and had to go 170 mph to beat the camera, but that was a long time ago so i think the cameras have improved since then

If you were able to determine how far the camera caught, you could determine the minimum speed to beat it. I’ll work the problem backwards: assuming 183mph is the slowest you can go to beat the camera, with a capture speed of 0.3 sec., then 183mph = 268.4ft/s * 0.3s = 80.52ft of camera coverage.
Now to find the minimum speed v (in mph) for a camera coverage distance x (in feet) and a capture time of t (in seconds), then we would have the following equation: v = x/t * 0.682

I used paint the stripes on I95 and a few other highways.
Beam NG needs to get the strips right. They are spaced at feet per second at posted speed.
For example 40mph is about 60ft from start of first stripe to start of next stripe. The length of the stripe can vary, but the start points should be space in the feet per second to silently tell you how fast you should be going.
Since beam NG seems to be your thing you can pass this on to them, or not. You measure this in real life and see its pretty close. Usually a tough tighter to make people slow down.
Its in the dot code book.
This is a custom map tho, the offical BeamNG maps have the stripes right. (I think)

It came out you need a dragster passing at 400km/h to not get caught by the camera because you're already out of the frame.

In Norway when the speed limit is over 80km/h we have two or more cameras placed with a certain distance and then it does the math of how fast you where going on average
Top gear did this for real and it was above 170 mph lol

Also one of the peeps in the comments mentioned that a guy from where he lives beat a speed camera not because he flew off the frame fast enough, but because he was going with a speed (306 iirc) that for legal limitations and stuff was declined and he didnt pay a cent

In Belgium a few months (or years idk) back, there was a dude that was clicked with 302 km/h, but wasn’t ticketed. The reason? The camera was only rated for 172 km an hour…

Mythbusgers made a similar test IRL. The only car that the camera couldn't catch it was a dragster at 300mph.
The newer cameras in Germany will catch you at 500kph so no chance even with a Stage 3 Bugatti

I think this video exemplifies the motto: “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing!”
If you can hide:
-Your Plate/s
-Your ViN Number
-Your Registrational Documents on the Windshield
-Your Face
You _Can_ Fly past a camera without immediately getting fined.
You can further reduce the chances of getting exposed by:
-Not using an expensive car/Rare Car that only you and/or 5 others have in your local area. That really narrows the suspect list down.
-Not using Colors, and instead using shades (White or Grey). Black is the best here, as it can hide more details if it's a matte finish. But only if there is more than one for the reason above.
-Not speed in your local area. If you feel like a hoon, be sure it's in a place far from home. (This is why there is the saying "going to mexico")
Finally, you can completely remove all chances of getting fined by:
-Obeying the laws of the road.
-Wearing your seat belt
-Removing any and all distractions in the car that may take your focus away from driving.
-Not owning a car and utilizing public transportation.
Well I mean if there is no way of identifying that you were the driver of the car and if there is no way of identifying which car it actually is (meaning they don't have a plate number or vin or any of that stuff) really nobody can touch you even if you happen to be the only one in your area owning a specific car.
Innocent until proven guilty and therefore if there is no proof leading to you and your car other then the model, make and color of the car they really can't do much with just that even if it's a rare car.
Sure chances are pretty low of an exact copy of that car to do that in an area where you have that car as the only owner but still.

Modern speed cameras use videos, and even if they still use the 0.25 or 0.3 second frame two photos like the one above, speed cameras will assume you were speeding if it has no second photo.

Assuming that the view range of the camera is 5mx20m then the speed you need to go is about 150+ mph or 67m/s to outrun the speed cam if it takes 0.3s to register your speed.

If a person ever would want to not get caught by a speed camera, and there are sharp turns ahead, switching the width of tire treads (making the treads smaller in width), getting a heavy vehicle (for increased traction) with a strong body (to reduce chances of totals), and getting a vehicle with the best suitable aerodynamic design (to reduce drag and wind resistance) could possibly be a better option in a scenario on this video. Otherwise, terrain (can increase or decrease speed and traction), weather conditions, and speed camera angles can vary depending upon the height of the camera. Covering a plate with plastic can reduce chances of getting caught. Not to mention that Radar can catch such high speed if anyone would want to go that fast.
