Is the 12 year port finish, the only Glenmorangie without coloring added?
Can Mr. Horst Luening make a video comparing Glenmorangie La Santa and Quinta Ruban so that We can, better, understant the nuances between both?

Paulo Especial those two are completely different, it would be like comparing apples to oranges, they have diferente finishes, they are not the same whisky with different maturation, so there is no point in comparing

I've bought the Lasanta and the Quinta Ruban in early november. About two weeks ago, I've noticed both started to quickly get spicier while losing complexity, as if they've suffered from some sort of oxidation. They were stored in a dark wooden cabinet, in upright position. Anyone has an idea of why is this happening to such recently opened bottles? Are wine-finished whiskies somehow frailer? I live in a fairly warm place and it's summertime over here, is that part of the issue? I loved the whisky when it was just opened, but now I'm afraid to buy again and have the same happen.
I'm buying glenmorangie range quite frequently. Also live in warm climate, I've never had this problem. They are constant in character, the bad thing is, they are becoming more and more expensive.
How about the Glenmorangie 19 travel exclusive? Anyone here have a sip before?

Surely you start to collect because you like the product? Then what's the point to keep it behind glass... And even stop altogether if you can't have every one of them behind glass...
I say put them in the glass in stead of behind the glass. Maybe collect the empty bottles in stead ;)
