Really PfilAtes is only likely to help with stage 1 and 2 unfortunately. If you do have surgery or use a pessary device you still need to optimize the performance of the pelvic floor. consider P49 course available through pfilates.com

Hi. Is this course effective for vaginal prolapse too? I watched your other video (the one with the sock) and I’d say I’m at the stage where the prolapse is only just visible and I’ve just started to feel pressure. So I’m hoping my PF is salvageable 🤞
