Autopsy will answer their questions bruh… If it was Medical Malpractice or Medical negligence the autopsy will give those answers. But they can’t say it was an “accident” never.

She went to give birth not for a check up. As long as you don't have complicated pregnancy you are required to deliver at the assigned that should be equipped to handle maternity cases clinics depending on your location. when u go for your antinatal check ups, whatever injection they gave her to speed up her labour is what caused problems.
