You’ll be fine enjoy your new heli when you get it. This video situation was a learning curve. We all been there. Take your time have a pc lab top and ask a lot of questions before you send it.

Hi from Ireland. Where you are flying in this area with steel netting everywhere will cause GPS failure. Also, try resetting the helicopter if you can. You MAY have a bad GPS unit also, but where you are flying is so bad for the GPS system because of the steel netting around the GPS system. Good luck.
Hey I had a question I noticed your blades are installed with the gray facing up I installed my blades with the black facing up and it flies great I thought it was only supposed to go one way
Interesting, I thought that it wouldn’t fly that way. I installed them with the gray facing up because that is how the instructions say and I thought that was the only way🤔 this is good to know, this means that we can paint, customize one side and if we don’t like it, then flip it back to the other side easily. thank you for sharing this finding and for watching my videos 👍
@miltonrcadventure yeah no problem I have since found that if you flip them over to the black side they essentially face the same way as if you flip them both to the gray side so yes good to know
Had this problem myself, the helicopter goes into safe mode when it happens and returns to home, once it goes into safe mode nothing you can do until it lands and you can disconnect the battery, as someone else said I was standing to close to a steel structure.
Hi, and thank you, I will double check on all those connections again because right now I really don’t know what was causing the problem, maybe it was a loose connection, I really don’t know. I am still going to do more flight tests, I am just waiting for the high winds to go away. On part 3 I will try to fly back to the baseball field were I had the most problems and see what happens, I will check all my connections like you say before and also check my battery because I also suspect my battery may be the problem. Hi, 👋 and yes I did download the software. On my old computer I couldn’t unzip the files, but in my new laptop it was fast that I didn’t see when it got unzipped. The software is working fine, I haven’t use it to diagnose the problem because my Rc helicopter flew just fine last time and ever since then it has been so windy that I haven’t use the helicopter. I am waiting for the wind to go away just incase the GPS fails again. Part 3 will be the next video on this topic. Thank you for your comment and for watching my videos 😃
Buddy. You talk too much 😅😅😅 get to the point. You don't need 3D mode. Change it to Atti mode rather. Regards. I've made a lot of videos on this on my other chanel. Purple it was in auto RTH so it went up and landed. Charge your battery.

You did download the software; you need to unzip it to extract all the files in it.
