Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along Show at Walt Disney World's EPCOT World Showcase - New Scenes!

- Hi Everyone,
In today's video, we had intended to give you a look at the new Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along show, located in the French Pavilion (where Impressions de France used to be). Due to copyright claims, we are unable to give you any content outside of the new scenes (featuring a familiar face). In addition to these scenes, we will also provide our thoughts on the show as well. This is definitely a great addition to the EPCOT shows that both of us would recommend checking out at least once.

In spite of any noticeable plot holes, I appreciate what this film attraction tries to do for an underrated character like LeFou.

Jeremy Pontier I'm talking about how in the original movie LeFou was just there for slapstick comedy, but the live-action remake and this film attraction are trying to show that there's more to him then that.

Well then maybe Ursula was a match maker who wanted to test Ariel's perseverance in following goals. Maybe Lady Tremaine was preparing Cinderella for the responsibilities of a housewife when she marries one day. Perhaps Jafar's Twisted story was accurate. Maybe Maleficent really planned that Aurora gets her happily ever after.

Remember, Gaston was the main antagonist. LeFou was just a comic relief sidekick in the original movie. So this attraction clearly tries to do him better justice.

From Snow White's perspective, the Witch was actually a hero! I mean, she gave her an apple, and the next thing she knew, Snow White woke up next to her Prince.
Next thing you know, they'll be telling us that Hans was only bringing Anna and Elsa closer together.
Yay!!!! After all these years, the star player has returned (monsters university reference). I really wish I could go back to Disney World again to see this. I also heard that the new Mickey Mouse attraction is going to be good. And I’m also glad that Jesse Corti was able to reprise his role as Lefou 😁👍

I have no idea that LeFou was behind of ALL this by becoming a matchmaker to get Belle and the Beast to fall in love with each other! When I was a kid, I always love him when he jokingly reminds D’Arque about Belle’s rejects Gaston’s proposal and made the best hilarious yet encouraging Gaston to inspire everyone while singing a tribute for him. I always thought that he may be a good sidekick like Mr Smee, but he’s never be until NOW. My thoughts came true when they opened the same name of this movie with the version of sing along at Epcot while also surprised us about him. Thank you, crew of this movie for returning to make new scenes with only LeFou.

Disney recycling brilliantly again. Notice how lefou clicking with a goofy grin is the same as Dopey in the silly song of snow white when he's the top half of the prince. Long live lefou and Disney!

I went online just a few weeks ago and found the aftermath of the Castle Battle with LeFou. Lefou left the tavern because he wasn't needed anymore, and he went to find his family.

Unless they have relocated Impressions de France, which I am personally unsure. While it is nice to see new animation added to an old classic, I find it bothersome and needless to see some retcon on Lefou's part, and I don't like to hear how the narrators says how the movie really went.
rolfyboy8 thank you so much for watching. Unfortunately most of the parts of the original are washed over. This is mainly because the show itself is only 15 minutes long. Also the main parts of the classics they want to touch upon are the songs for the sing along. I do appreciate that the narrator is Angela Lansbury aka Mrs Potts. Ashley 😄
@@disneyspartyof2945 I'm glad that they made the show 15 minutes long, otherwise people will start leaving the theater. I really hope the animators would never change what was made in the original animated film by editing parts with Lefou in it, and make him look like a good guy, because the film made him a side villain.
You know what'll be interesting for a new Disney animated film, the hero becomes a villain, and is defeated by the main antagonists. I'm sure the audience will be on the side of the bad guy.

It was Done REALLY WELL of him having MORE Development, Depth, and Character of him starting off as Gaston's sidekick who's blindly admired of him until he slowly realizes of what a monster Gaston is. This Sing Along LeFou Redemption Show exists BECAUSE the people at Disney were Inspired by Josh Gad's Performance of LeFou in the Live Action. The FACT that if Josh Gad's portrayal of the Character didn't really exist, We wouldn't be getting this sing along show Focused on the Animated version of the character's perspective at all. So they Made this sing along show years later TO HAVE FANS acknowledge Josh Gad's Interpretation of LeFou in the Live Action. Its NOT better than Josh Gad's, But its pretty cute and helps acknowledge it more. Please don't Offense me for reminding you this I'm Autistic. I'm trying to POINT this out because I don't really like how you're treating Gad's version. It isn't fair because there are other people who like how Josh Gad originally did It. I wonder if Belle and the Beast were aware of Lefou's presence the whole time in the castle when he was trying to help out? One obvious thing would be when he got hit by the Beast's snowball, and when he cried his tears out at the end of their first dance. Lol
I always wanted LeFou to reform and become a good character, and to side with all the other good characters.

It would be great if the Disney animators made another movie, Beauty and the Beast 2, which would be a sequel after the enchanted Christmas and after this cartoon when LeFou lives in the castle with Belle and all the other good characters. He's an adorable little man and Belle could hold him in her arms, and tickle his belly button and coo to him. He's adorable, and his laugh is adorable.

In the animated movie Le Fou was a part of the "Kill the Beast" song in the town and was with the mob that stormed the castle. He is shown attacking the enchanted objects during the seige and is eventually chased out of the castle by the kitchen servants. In the sing-along Le Fou was shown in the upstairs of the castle when the mob first arrives, was not aware of the mob's existence and the seige of the castle is completely ignored.
The sing-along also ignores Le Fou's role/knowledge of getting Maurice locked up in the insane asylum as a way to blackmail Belle into marrying Gaston. It also ignores the scene from the film where Le Fou is shown stalking out Belle/Maurice's house (which is just outside the town) for an extended period of time.
