The tipsy crow is there a cover charge can u go on any floor or they charger on every floor

It depends when you go. On weekend nights they usually have a cover charge. You can get on the guest list on their website and then the cover charge is waived. Once you're inside there is no more cover charge for the different floors. On weekdays they might have floors closed off if it's not busy. When all floors are open, I've only seen them limit access to a specific floor if it's too crowded. They essentially do crowd control. Hope this helps.

I've been there for lunch. I also remember when it was The Bitter End.

I stayed in a old hotel there can't remember the name and it is haunted, when I was taking a shower someone yelled in my ear HEY!!!!and another time music was being played so loud it was almost deafening then it would stop very scary in the old hotels there.

The Horton Grand Hotel is known to be haunted. So maybe it was that one.

Not sure what it's called now but it used to be called Altitude. It oversees Padre stadium and the marina. Been there a few times. Amazing views.

The Ghettolamp. I used to work at the 7-Eleven on 4th and G, and I've seen a lot of drunks and junkies.

This area in San Diego has become very bad. Too many weirdos doing criminal activities. Definitely NOT SAFE.
