just ordered my GP Alternator, lugs, and Northstar batteries last week... I can wait for it all to come in... so far this build is sounding good, can't wait to see the end result. .. way to guys

The cabin is making the resonance high, you should tune the box lower to bring it down some.

Quick question fixing to do a similar size set up in my buddies F250 do you feel Port up and sub up is the best output option he wants them firing towards the back of the front seats but I'm sure I can change his mind if there's a better option

put a 326 584 9-r. with a 2 ply 386 double twister resister backed by a bs3bj collar on the twin pipe made by nbfc. And a material made to cut down vibration 285 r296 ply black. Got a 226 gauge resister transistors 285-916 through the blow pipe. Yup

Being an older guy, I keep it down in my car after pounding it for a song or 2. My system sounds great but my hearing is more important to me than sounding good to the public. Even after only a couple of songs my hearing buzzes even after I turn the volume way down.
I listen to loud music all my life and nowadays I'm always saying huh what was you saying whenever someone is talking to me and I'm still young I'm only 30 years old. It's not about showing off too the public it's about having a passion for car audio and a passion for music. Showing off is for Teenager's.

I know someone who did this in his diesel. The sub hit so hard it started damaging the truck. He got tired of breaking things and removed it. Be careful about that man.
when vehicles have that type of bass can u still hear the music or just the hard vibrations of the bass?
Depends on the setup if u got good mids an highs u can hear bass an music if u don't then u just hear bass

Shabaz Aslam this video was shared by a lot of modified auto performance pages, many of which proceeded to say car audio was a total waste of money, but in the end, it would be the same difference as investing money into all those motor upgrades to go faster. at the end of the day we are all in the same category, automotive customization.

Any recommendations for us "Metal Heads" (i.e. - how would a band like Five Finger Death Punch sound coming out of your system there)?
LEO1WOLF whats up man this one is tuned a little low so unless the song was rebassed it woulsnt have a tremendous output on metal. But could easily be designed to play metal with a higher tuning frequency

You guys ever thought of running your voltage up to 24 thru 48 volts instead of ole 12 volts system. Would be more efficient!
