You should really trim as much excess material before hitting it with a flush trim. You're killing the bit & potentially burning the wood. The bit shouldn't be encapsulated within the wood & digging its way out. Material should be trimmed to where 1 blade of the the bit is cutting at a time

my favorite movies for deep bass on blu-ray is 'Everest' during the avalanche and storms. Then 'San Andreas' the earthquake movie. Both are Dolby Atmos. Then F7 is DTS X but has some good scenes. Mortal Engines is probably the King of all Bass movies (Dolby Atmos blu-ray).

I think rolling your first coat was a smart decision. That way it gets fully absorbed. But from then on, absolutely spray!
