KANYINYA - SHYORONGI WILL BE THE FUTURE NYARUTARAMA BECAUSE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN DOWNTOWN AND NYABUGOGO IS SHORT AND THERE IS NO CAR CONGESTION.

Such a beautiful house! I wanted to give some feedback on the shooting… I noticed that the videographer focused more on you than on what you were showing. There were areas that would be nice to highlight in your video, but that we didn't see because most of the time the camera was on you (Of course we want to see you too 😄 😊).

Did you ever mention the price? I thought you would put it in the description if not mentioned. It is not a rental so there should be an established asking orice.

Hello, the price is on the link in the description. It's USD 240,000

I am a real estate investor and am looking for good investments in Africa. Would you please mention the price in the comment section or at least in the video? Even so, we know that with time, prices can change. You can simplify it by noting that also in the comment. It is very discouraging to have to contact you for each property you are listing; please consider my advice. I am already one of your clients in my plans Real Estates Africa. I am looking into investing in different multi-family properties in Rwanda and Kenya. The level of professionalism in these countries is at a great level, but having seen on RUclips other properties in Kenya, I think Kenya is more advanced than Rwanda. Both are beautiful and great countries to invest in. You are going to hear from me very soon. Greatings from the Netherlands

Hi Alim, thank you very much for the feedback. On all houses that are available, there is a link in the video description that takes you right to the price and to additional information about the property. So no need to contact us, just clicking the link is sufficient. We will be very happy to assist you in finding the right properties for your investments in Kenya and Rwanda.

Why can't the native citizens buy these homes and so many are living in poverty?

    • @VibeRealEstate

The wast majority of these properties are, in fact, owned by Rwandans.
