ArborEasy® DNA isolation kit

This documentary explains about the ArborEasy® DNA isolation kit, which was developed based on the joint patent filed by ICFRE-Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding and Department of Biotechnology, GoI. The Kit is the registered Trade Mark of ICFRE-IFGTB and it was launched on 24 January 2018. A customized kit was used to create a Guinness World Record at India International Science Festival in 2018.
The kit has been validated in different tree and crop species by various national laboratories. The competitive advantages of Kit are

Currently, the kit is manufactured and sold by the Institute so that this cost effective technology can reach out to wider clientele. The cost per reaction is Rs. 95.00 excluding GST and transportation charges and the kit is available in packs of 10, 20 and 50 reactions.
