Thank for sharing your Camino, I really enjoy watching your videos and following your journey. I walked the Camino Frances in 2010 and parts of it in 2011 and 2012. 2015 I walked the Camino de Norte and met a guy from Belgium who now is my husband. We're planning our next Camino Frances in may 2023 to show our little girls where mum and dad met.

Hello Germany (& Denise) and greetings from the UK 👋That is a lovely story 🥰 and to go back and show the kids were you meet is extra special. Which stage/town did you meet?

I arrived here 6 days after you guys - on a Saturday (what a huge mistake). There were thousands of people dancing in the streets, bands moving about, etc - several festivals in town. Every albergue was booked solid, so I went to the hotels and they too were booked solid. I was forced to rent a taxi that took me 10km outside of Pamplona to an industrial park where I rented a room in a cheap 3 star hotel. I was mentally stressed out. The following day I took a "tourist" day in Pamplona - the crowds had left and I was able to explore the Hemingway locations, Great town! Thanks for the memories

Hey Mark...Thanks for watching and sharing. Oh dear, that is not something that you really want to contend with when arriving in a city after completing a stage of the Camino! Beautiful place though we agree 👍

Totally agree Day 4 is hard..but believe me after that your body gets used to it and after Day 8 we did not even notice the hills!

Hey Vanessa...you are so right, we have just completed Day 19 and it does get easier (in some regards 🤣). We are looking forward to the rest of the Camino!

Hey Ian (& wife on Insta 😃). Thanks for the feedback, we are loving this journey and trying to catch up with some of the video content that we have stored. We are currently on track to finish in Santiago, today was tough but we are all sitting clean and with socks washed in the Auberge in Fromista (www.alberguescaminosantiago.com/albergues/albergue-de-peregrinos-municipal-de-fromista-palencia/).When are you planning on starting the Camino? We can certainly recommend this time of year!

@@EverydayJourneysTV Thanks for your reply and it's good to hear that you are all still going. We are planning to start the Camino at the beginning of September next year because by then the weather is usually slightly cooler and we can get some summer walks in the UK into our legs beforehand. Buen camino!
