I love kettlebells! You can slip a small towel or I attach a large carabiner and the rope handle for rope/towel hammer curl and standing tricep extensions . Goblet squats, sumo deadlifts, clean and jerk press , kettle bell swing and alternating hand kettlebell swings and floor press and Turkish get up, windmill, Russian twist, one hand on kettlebell push-ups or two hands etc… halos, pass through leg lunges, pass around your body front ,side ,back and front.

Got these on the early Kickstarter as well & love 'em. One question to you (or anyone here that uses them) though. Exerbell's suggested practice is to empty these after every use then fill them back up the next time but I travel with these & time is limited so I'll occasionally leave water in them for 1-2 weeks, sometimes up to a month depending on the trip. So far no huge issues but I do notice that they'll start smelling musty over that amount of time & when I do empty them before travelling again they are fairly slimy & need a thorough wiping down then a couple of days of air drying. Is there anything you can add to the water to curb the odor & slimy film factor that won't damage the liner? Thinking a couple drops of bleach would do the trick but not sure how the material would hold up over time.

That‘s a great review. I have one too and the handle gets softer after a few uses

Can you show how you attached the handles? I couldn't seem to get them on right
