They're really great. After a few workouts I really like them. Much better feel. There is some getting used to the slight stretch in the handle when swinging them around but otherwise they're awesome.
@@damonluvisi absolutely! a great way to augment the workout for either short durations or long term. awkward carry for a while and then toss it in the bag!
If you had to buy two of those. Which ones will you choose ( the weight ) ? I have a 60 sandbag and pretty atheltics but not sure if 35-44 or 26-35 will be better ? The 44 looks huge and not sure if practical
It's on my list to send a photo to customer service. I've done a few workouts with it and it hasn't settled down. Since I've used the same sand in all the bags I think it's too small.
Thanks for this rundown. Informative. These bags seem to be a bit unwieldy above 35 lbs. Love the idea of workouts with weights below that. Nice GSHP. What's his/her name?
Hi, thanks for the amazing content. I like this sandbags kettlebell but those are a little bit expensive. Do you know if there is a cheaper option? I have trips sometimes and I always wanted to take with me one of these but it looks a little bit too expensive for me. Cheers!
You can certainly scale them. Depends on which size you’re talking about. The bigger the bag the more awkward it would get with smaller amounts of sand. But those smaller sizes like 26 and 35 would be ok to work up with.
I like these, but they’re not an EXACT substitute for an actual kettlebell. As long as you don’t expect that, these are a great tool. My main complaint with the 53lb one is the elastic “give” at the bottom of movements like KG swings. Again, unavoidable.
This! This is what I’ve been looking for . Kettlebells are so damn expensive. Game changer
Boom!
Excellent! We bought a 13 and 26 pounder to get started.
Nice!
I’m so excited about these!

@@JBOutside1 Could you see yourself also throwing them into a ruck for workouts as well?

I’ve had a number of competition kettlebells in the past. I can’t imagine the handle on these is as smooth in a clean or snatch vs steel handles.
True. Not possible with this design.
They seem like pretty capable bags for a good workout!
Absolutely!
Great review!
Thanks! 👊🏻
Thanks JB!

26-35. My 44 doesn’t hold the sand perfectly to make 44lbs
@@JBOutside1that’s what I thought many thanks !!🙏
love the channel
Thanks CJ!
Did you figure out the issue with the 44#? Was it the type of sand you used? Maybe a finer sand?

Yeah the density of sand makes those larger ones a bit awkward

Sorry I don’t. These are pretty unique.
Would have been nice to show snatch etc with the big one
Maybe next time 💪
I like your dog
Thanks Bjorn! She’s a great one!
Can you scale the weight within the bag? Is it awkward to use if you only fill the bag 75%?
You can certainly scale them. Depends on which size you’re talking about. The bigger the bag the more awkward it would get with smaller amounts of sand. But those smaller sizes like 26 and 35 would be ok to work up with.
Even better like this
How well do they seal for sand not leaking out?
I've had really good luck with these. The don't leak sand...much (hardly at all really). Nothing is perfect but I don't have any issues.

Great points. Totally agree! 👊🏻
Only a few movements that you can’t do the same.
