I always just felt like the Thinkpads were hidious, but this particular model looks clean and especially that screen. Good on them for making a solid piece of hardware.
By changing the design to something thinner, it lost that magic, I don't know about you, but I want a new brick, like the old bricks, with keyboards that are almost mechanical, that has a metal box inside and can fall down the stairs and still work, i miss that in new designs. Great short review as well
I don't care how good a Lenovo laptop is, I HATE the reverse camera notch that they have been doing for a few years & that just disqualifies it from making it to the shortlist.
When used fully folded, does it have some kind of "raiser" to avoid it getting scratched? Or you would need to have like a laptop sleeve below it for using it with a stylus pen?
Bigger touchpad and the functionality as to MacBooks would be a great great upgrade. Also the display being taller so you can fit more content side by side as the MacBooks would be a great great deal. That’s why I just hate the manufacturers.. just ask people what they need, it’s that f simple
Yes it is the same thing, but they renamed it this year. Yoga used to only mean 2-in-1, then Lenovo started using the Yoga term randomly in the name of traditional consumer laptops, and I guess Lenovo finally figured out how confusing it got so now it’s just the X1 2-in-1.
Hey man! Please reply to this. There's no information anywhere on this. Why is there no reviews on the new Qualcomm laptops? Is there any embargo or a date for the reviews?
Please report on the hinge quality, my Lenovo's hinge is broken after 1 week after warranty expired. That broken hinge caused it to break my touch panel. Really heartbroken
If you have the opportunity to get a hp 360, do it, the tactile in Lenovo 2 in 1 is really crappy, I have a Flex 5 and would 1000% change it for a spectre x360 every day of the week, am saving up for it
But the flex one has a glass screen and a 2k screen, against a 1080 screen, there was a 200 $ difference when I bought my flex 5 (16 gb ram, 512 gb storage)
The best business laptops can be a great video. Keep up the awsome work
Thanks for doing a 2-in-1 style. No one works 100% of the time, so that screen flip is great for forgetting about the keyboard for a few moments.
I love when companies make devices thinner so it WILL break right after warranty ends. I call it, greedy.
ThinkPads are military-grade. I’ve owned multiple X1 Yoga models, and their durability has always been great.

Good selection of ports... looks promising...

My T530 has been pulled off my desk twice and both times I thank the computer gods that it kept going.
I recommend you the t460, that thing is as hard as a rock

Yeah it's horrible
Am I the only one who likes it I think it looks nice😭
@@josephle2381 the look is actually not the issue, its because u cant really open the laptop without smearing the camera with fingerprints
@@josephle2381 No, they just keep shoving it down your throat, and eventually you start liking it. Stockholm syndrome.

My question is this, how does it flip 360 degrees?
Double hinge
Why they don't categories it as X1 Yoga? Isn't it the same thing?

How does it compare to great 360s like the HP envy etc

@nicolasf.moreno4444 thanks man I'm thinking of getting a 14 inch Evny or spend more to get the 16ninch specter

So the only major difference between x1 2-in-1 and x1 carbon Gen12 is the flexibility of the screen, 360 vs 180 ?
