@@enafrancia i like it cold for hot weather and hot for cold weather. Same for cà phê sữa, if i wake up early and the weather is chilly, i love to have a hot cà phê sữa
I tend to put in a drop of lemon juice so that the yolk can be easily get thicken, also put in a little cacao powder to make the egg whip less yellow if you like. Since i dont have vanila extract, i use lemon zest for subtitution.
Oh that's the secret of less yellow color of egg whip, i tried putting too much condensed milk to make it lighter, ill try putting lemon and cacao powder next time, i tried doing it yesterday by the way, so far it wasn't that bad, but it was sweeter than what i wanted, thanks for the tip, really helpful! 😁

I do commend your county, i feel more peaceful/safe here than my country tbh. 🥲
