What type of tires come with the wheels? Mine came with Bridgestone 235/45, but IMO they produce more cabin noise than the 17-inch version for OZ road conditions. It could be because of the lack of engine drone noise😅.
Mine came with Bridgestone Turanza’s but I’ll be upgrading to Michelin PS5’s next! Absolutely think it’s the lack of noise. Just turn the music up! 🤘🏻🎉
Hi, nice presentation , I also have a 64 Essence in Grey here in NZ, I did get some things from alli Express, I got a set of mud flaps, a tray for the arm rest cubby, a swede black dash mat, door latch covers, bonnet badge, harden glass sreen protectors, door stays covers, some rechargable touch lights for interior, there so many things you can get to pimp the car, love it

Not the additions I would make but to each his own. I would add some colour to the carbon etchings on the side plastic panel at the back. To make that detail stick out more.
Love the mods, they look great. Good tip on turning off LKA too. Do you leave AEB on? There seems to be some debate on the forums about false braking events similar to Teslas and others.
Good call on the 2 tone roof. My car is dark grey and you hardly notice thrme black against that colour but it really suits the orange imo. Sad to hear even the facelift version still has the horrible LKA. Hopefully eventually they release a software fix for it. The alloys look really really nice. I just wonder how they affect the range vs. 17inch on aero covers
Much better two tone! It is a shame but I’m used to just turning it off as I leave driveway now. Haven’t noticed much difference in range but we getting into winter battery management haha ❄️
Here in Australia it's illegal to tint the front windscreen as it's considered a hazard for communicating with other drivers on the road. Do you get a lot of miscommunication and hesitation with other drivers because they can't see you clearly motioning to give way inside the cabin?
The laws vary in different parts of Europe but here in the UK it is legal up to less than 70% of sunlight getting in, which this meets. You can still see the driver through it too unless you are at a very specific angle which is right alongside so junctions shouldn’t be an issue! Hope that helps 😊
From what i can see the wheel fitment is the same as VW group cars like the S3 and golf GTI, Those car owners love upgrading from stock wheels and in the UK they're a cheap second hand bargain.

Yeah that’s just left on, it’s only activated when turning into a junction one time. Otherwise never an issue 👍🏼

Not much change to be honest. Coming into summer now too it’s much better in general 🤙🏻
any impact on range from the new wheels? some said it could cut your range by 10%

I have a Trophy and had I been aware of how dangerous the lane assist is, I wouldn't have bought it.
