The T-Jet is the one to get. If not possible, last gen 2014 have no issue with the Multiair unit, unless some idiot previous owner kept the oil for 30k km or more between changes. Even the M32 gearboxes on the 155hp model seem to be more robust than the Opel/GM cars. But a change of gearbox oil to Redline MTF is key to make sure it never has any issue with bearings etc.
Sorry mate, this car has never done 50mpg combined. I've managed 45mpg on a long distance (814km on full tank of 45litres) drive - driving very very conservatively and on cruise control to keep speed consistent (135bhp TCT multiair) A mate on the non-turbo version managed about the same.
65,7 miles per gallon for the 1.3? Which would mean 28km per liter. That’s absolutely not true. I have the 1.3 jtdm2 95hp model, and a realistic number (combined) is 13-14km per liter (32 miles per gallon)
Still enjoying my MiTo 13 years to now
Glad you're still enjoying it mate .. was the ownership experience hassle free and not very expensive to maintain?
how are the costs?
Hey Iam interested in buying one,do u face any engine problems?
@@adanaboshakra5643 pretty much impossible to have any engine problems as long as you use the right oil if you're going for multiair model.

With a diesel you would do
814km on 45 litres is 49.6mpg. That's within margin of error.
