i think on a little scooter like that there’s no harm in pulling off to the shoulder and either riding that out or straight up turning around and taking the shoulder back the 200 feet you came from. regardless just trusting in everyone to move around you on the freeway is a death sentence if you ride it long enough.

Good idea
It really has to be a frightening experience, a 250 barely makes it in the freeway but i would never want to do that on my honda metropolitan.
I found myself in a similar situation on my Zuma 50f. A road was blocked and the only detour was a ramp onto the highway.
I do it all the time on my 50cc. Live without regrets and accept what can happen.

It's not a good idea something will informed you anyway at 40 miles per hour that's a 65 zone then you're doing 40 you cant do that
