CVT tuning I can say is a whole different animal in itself. Lots of variables to choose from (lots of trial and error too). You can even take it a step further by changing the surface angle of the variator and the slot travel of the torque drive.
I watch all of your wrenching/modifying vids, even if I don't have the scoot in question, so a deep step-by-step series would be cool. PS: I second the GY6 mod series, both for the A and B cases.

Sweet that’s some nice products for the met/ruck. The GET engine is pretty darn good for 65+ full throttle every where with a decent transmission, carb and exhaust tune, as long as you got coolant and gas it’s non-stop fun, imagine seeing a 50cc 4 stroke moped going uphill easily doing 50mph 👀😯🤣🍻😁

@@Ethan.s.. the difference between a 9" scooter tyre and a 10" tyre is minimal when it comes to stability at apeed/in corners tbh. Great video. Just bought a ruckus last summer looking to do this level of upgrades without swapping motors or anything. I've seen recommendations on different exhausts mainly yoshimura. Any thoughts?
looks like the one he showed in the video that is 16mm is an "ssp-g" exhaust and on this guys website is selling it for $215, but its out of stock until June. your question cant be best answered without knowing your budget. that ssp-g exhaust could be the best value for the price but maybe the futomaki is the "best" but costs the most and still is only the smaller 16mm exhaust option so is not the best if you were willing to also buy the bigger carb and bigger exhaust etc etc etc

If any one can confirm that I'm getting a good reading, it would be greatly appreciated. CDI, muffler etc to come.
Great video, will come back to it for sure when summer GETs back un season. About Variators, I have a Malossi (it was half price), it's the only one I`ve tried so I can't compare, just wondering why no one ever talks about it, is it crap ?
Hey man new sub here love the videos . I just picked up a ruckus every day I got to spray starting fluid in my bike to get it going .. I cleaned the jets carb everything still the same. Well, a mod i have on mine is taking a big, long drill bit and drill straight down into the exhaust hole to bypass the baffles inside. Helps it breathe, and isnt the full blast of a straight pipe. Other than that, any 50cc performance exhaust would work. Just mind the mounting brackets, and be prepared to make something up yourself. Jetting the carb will help, and maybe a thinner foam pad or holes drilled into the airbox if you wanted to keep it. Jetting and something with the airbox for sure too. As far as GY6 performance exhausts go, they're mostly all the same unless you're talking about Yoshis or some custom ruckus stuff. Some have baffles, some dont, mostly style and price deciding though

How fast can you make a 49cc whit all kit?
Matt I just ordered the EVI and was wondering. This advances the timing will I need to rejet the carb? I know I will need to retune the CVT. Was wondering if the carb will need to be retuned as well. Thank you.
Short answer is no. But if you really want to get it perfect you can hook up your wide band and see where your at.
Thanks again for the support 🙏💯
