I was diagnosed with pre-e at 29 weeks. I monitored my BP like a hawk multiple times a day, and ended up in L&D many times because of the readings I would get, but it would always be lower by the time I got there. I made it to 34 + 3 before my pressures were elevated and wouldn’t come down. I know how scary it is to see those numbers!! Glad you were okay!

What a scare that bp cuff numbers gave you. So glad all was well. Pre eclampsia is no joke. Thank for sharing your story ♡

Once I hit 33 weeks or so, I started getting elevated BP readings at all my weekly check up's with my OB. I had to be monitored alot more, due to them being worried about Preeclampsia too. But I did weekly stress tests, and I visited L&D 4x. Ultimately I had to get induced at 37 weeks and 4 days because it was still too high. They diagnosed me with Gestational Hypertension. So, I know how scary this can be. I had to have a c-section because of it too.

Just watched all 5 podcast episodes back to back 😅 now it's past 1am so I'm heading to bed haha I really enjoyed hearing your conversations and everything you've shared about your life and becoming parents, etc. I hope y'all are feeling well and enjoying the newborn stage with your sweet baby girl. If your experience is anything like ours I'm guessing the lack of sleep is rough, that's the one thing that really gets me every time haha. We have 4 kids, our youngest is 6 months. You definitely will get to a stage where you feel more rested again hehe 💙 it's such a beautiful journey and so worth it for all the special moments. Sending love from Texas! Looking forward to more podcast episodes soon 😊

If you feel comfortable talking about it I'd love to hear about how you decide how much/what to share online about your baby. Do you think your experience being on TV/ well known online has changed your views and opinions on the subject?
