@Neonprettykitty school days and cross days happen at the same time in the same universe if you watch the first ep,there is a scene where yuuki (the main character) is walking with his friend (Nanami's bf) to the train station, and you can see,from across the railway,that Sekai kisses Makoto,which is exactly what happens in School Days ep1 and yeah it's messed up like crap

@LoverAnime75 Cross Days is a spinoff, that's why. Things happen differently and characters have different roles. Makoto isn't even the protagonist of this one (the guy with the glasses is).

Honestly, Kotonoha should just go for Yuuki man! He seems so much like a nice guy...(well, I'm not too sure about his character... Just First Impression) But well, they ARE both Bookworms! =X
