The voice drama can be synopsis like this (I'm unsure it's right or wrong because I depend on translation): Opening, Sekai got pale are lying in boat deck. Setsuna ask about Sekai's health and took the mineral water and a tablet from her bag. Then Kotonoha apologize Sekai, she don't know Sekai health are weak and can't against boat. Setsuna gave water and tablet for Sekai, and when Sekai ask about medicine origin, Setsuna said it's wartime tablet, and said it's a secret. Meantime, everyone are changing to swimsuit, and Kokoro is running in boat deck. Kotonoha stopped Kokoro, and ask Sekai are feeling okay. Sekai said she's fine. Ai enquired Sekai, Sekai praised Ai swimsuit "sugoi!". She jokes about Sekai can get tanned in boat deck. Ai point at Karen swimsuit, said it's bold and provocative. ISLAND DAYS ENDING [SPOILER!] There are 16 ending with each character I found in ending script.(8 remained ending inside ending 15 is ending 16 to 24). I will spoil ending here so you can know it without capture the screenshot and using google translate. It's TOO complicated. I will not guarantee is right or wrong because I'm read script, not play games. Here is all 16+8 ending. There are 3 bad ending, 3 Isolated ending, 9 Escape with ending, 1 Good Ending. Ending 1: How it will end up like this? (BAD ending) (Someone is planned the ship in the beginning of the game and don't want the team alive): Otome (Love): Tomaru planned the ship trip and know all the teams will be NOT alived. Makoto thinks about avoid any unnecessary scarifies. Sekai (Love): Sekai, Kotonoha mother are booked the trip ship, and they cancelled because they know all the teams will be NOT alived. Makoto are think it's mistaken. Others (Love): The planners are want the teams NOT alived. Neutral route: Who is the murderer? We don't know. Depend of character, the character will kill all remained character. If sekai are Culpirit (for what?), Makoto will ask it's right thing to do, and if Sekai is not involved, he still ask the same question. Ending 13: Escaped with Ai (Ai ending) (Makoto has fixed the boat, and Kotonoha will drive the boat. Ai found a radio under the sunk boat and call for help. Everyone leave with the boat, Makoto and Ai leave with the helicopter.) If other girl has high love stat with Makoto, the ship Kotonoha drive is out of fuel and explode. If not, they will found a coast guard and got rescued, live in TV. Ending 14: Escaped with himself (Makoto ending) (Makoto has fixed the boat, and managed to escaped with everyone but someone got deceased). If one of the character deceased, Makoto will said it is not everyone fault, scared of memories of the character will faded, he can't forgive himself. If all character are alive, everyone will refuse to think about escape, and he decided to escape alone. When he go to mainland, everyone will distance themselves for Makoto. Ending 15: Rescued! (Someone found a radio under the sunk boat and call for help. And there is a miracle: a rescue team has rescued the team!). Depend of who you love, it will react by the different way. Kotonoha: When collect shell, Kotonoha are worried about radio signal, then the ship came. Sekai: When collect fish, Sekai are worried about radio signal, then the ship came. ISLAND DAYS ENDING [SPOILER!]
There are 16 ending with each character I found in ending script.(8 remained ending inside ending 15 is ending 16 to 24). I will spoil ending here so you can know it without capture the screenshot and using google translate. It's TOO complicated. I will not guarantee is right or wrong because I'm read script, not play games.
Here is all 16+8 ending.
There are 3 bad ending, 3 Isolated ending, 9 Escape with ending, 1 Good Ending.
Ending 1: How it will end up like this? (BAD ending) (Someone is planned the ship in the beginning of the game and don't want the team alive):
Otome (Love): Tomaru planned the ship trip and know all the teams will be NOT alived. Makoto thinks about avoid any unnecessary scarifies.
Sekai (Love): Sekai, Kotonoha mother are booked the trip ship, and they cancelled because they know all the teams will be NOT alived. Makoto are think it's mistaken.
Others (Love): The planners are want the teams NOT alived.
Neutral route: Who is the murderer? We don't know. Depend of character, the character will kill all remained character.
Sekai will kill all with a knife, Kotonoha is a samurai sword, Kokoro with a gun, Setsuna is a bow, Otome with an axe, Hikari with a gun,...
If it's in love with Otome or Sekai, Makoto will said who planned this, If it's other character with love, everyone will suspect Makoto. If all are neutral, the rescue team found Makoto and others in a cottages, and their name was craved in a grave.
Ending 2: The turtle soup. (BAD ending) (The team are run out of food, and fainted. When Makoto woke up, the team found a turtle soup are placed inside. This is NOT a turtle soup, it's OTHER CHARACTER soup. Depend of the chracter, someone will became soup.)
Sekai (Neutral) : Kotonoha "cooked" Sekai.
Kotonoha (Neutral): Kotonoha "cooked" Kokoro.
All chracter in neutral state are "cooked" by their name.
All character in love state : Only Makoto and the character are alive, meaning her "cooked" all other character.
In final, Makoto find this soup are delicious, every day, one chracter will become soup, and finally, Makoto are only think about the "turtle", no, OTHER CHARACTER soup.
Ending 3: Isolated. (Isolated ending) (The team are decided to work, and find a way to live in Island. And old house is expanded, and Makoto are locked in the house because they don't want Makoto in love with someone).
Depend of hateful stats, Ai will said Makoto look for her, Hikari said Makoto must take responsibility, Kotonoha want the couple time later, Otome will not accept Makoto leave her alone, Karen want Makoto love Karen more.
Sekai said Makoto is cheating, Setsuna will said it's not bad, and if hateful stats are not enough, everyone will be happy and the Island Days started. If it's enough, Makoto will be scolded as "horn + y"
Ending 4: Isolated, but lucky (Isolated ending) (Like the ending 3, but everyone have love stat are love Makoto).
Everyone is like Makoto, and Makoto are happy and asked himself how long the luck will be.
Ending 5: Isolated, but not lucky (Isolated ending) (Like the ending 4, but Yamagata want escape alone.)
Everyone will scold Makoto why you aren't working, but when Otome deceased everyone will treat Makoto like a useless tools, Makoto is angry and asked himself when Island Days are end.
So, ending 3,4 and 5 are same, but depend of your stats.
Ending 6: Escaped with Sekai. (Sekai ending) (Sekai are bored, and want to escaped. They distract people - burned the cottage).
If no one deceased, Tomaru will come in island and Tomaru will have a harem. If someone is deceased, everyone in mainland will gaze a cold eyes with Makoto. If sekai are Culpirit (for what?), Makoto will ask it's right thing to do, and if Sekai is not involved, he still ask the same question.
Ending 7: Escaped with Kotonoha (Kotonoha Ending) (It's the same with ending 6, but now it's Kotonoha).
Ending 8: Escaped with Kokoro (Kokoro Ending) (It's the same with ending 6, but now it's Kokoro).
Ending 9: Escaped with Setsuna (Setsuna Ending) (It's the same with ending 6, but now it's Setsuna).
Ending 10: Escaped with Otome (Otome ending) (It's the same with the ending 6, but now it's Otome).
The difference of this ending is you can refuse the request (won't work). If Karen is deceased, she will said she will not doing with her sister.
Ending 11: Escaped with Hikari (Hikari ending) (It's the same with ending 6, but now it's Hikari).
Ending 12: Escaped with Karen (Karen ending) (It's the same with ending 6, but now it's Karen). In this ending, Karen will be dated with Makoto.
So, ending 6, 7, 8 ,9 ,10 ,11 ,and 12 are the same but depend of your character. Makoto has fixed a boat and escaped with the character you chose. If no one deceased, Tomaru will have a harem (ooh, I think Tomaru will be feeling good!). All the other selection, Makoto will ask it is right to do this thing (escaped with the character)...
Ending 13: Escaped with Ai (Ai ending) (Makoto has fixed the boat, and Kotonoha will drive the boat. Ai found a radio under the sunk boat and call for help. Everyone leave with the boat, Makoto and Ai leave with the helicopter.)
If other girl has high love stat with Makoto, the ship Kotonoha drive is out of fuel and explode. If not, they will found a coast guard and got rescued, live in TV.
Ending 14: Escaped with himself (Makoto ending) (Makoto has fixed the boat, and managed to escaped with everyone but someone got deceased).
If one of the character deceased, Makoto will said it is not everyone fault, scared of memories of the character will faded, he can't forgive himself. If all character are alive, everyone will refuse to think about escape, and he decided to escape alone. When he go to mainland, everyone will distance themselves for Makoto.
Ending 15: Rescued! (Someone found a radio under the sunk boat and call for help. And there is a miracle: a rescue team has rescued the team!). Depend of who you love, it will react by the different way.
Kotonoha: When collect shell, Kotonoha are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Sekai: When collect fish, Sekai are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Kokoro: When collect fish, Kokoro are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Setsuna: When he sleepy, Setsuna said will drown him in the ocean, Setsuna are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Otome: Otome are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Hikari: When he sleepy, Hikari said he need to change attitude, Hikati are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Karen: He and Karen are been each other, Karen are worried about radio signal, then the ship came.
Ai: Ai are depressed about radio signal, then the ship came.
There is two ways to call a support, is flare (discovered by Karen, Kokoro), radio (other).
Next is alive status.
All alive : Kokoro are celebrating with Kotonoha, and everyone is excited.
A character deceased : The remained character in pair will waiting until the end and wait for deceased character to come. She called out "The character! I will came back again for you!" then Makoto put his arm to the character shoulderr and rescue ship slowly moved. Pair is : [Kotonoha - Kokoro], [Sekai - Setsuna], [Otome - Karen], [Hikari - Ai]. Example Kotonoha will call Kokoro and vice versa.
One character killed one character: (Sekai -> Setsuna), (Ai -> Hikari), (Hikari -> Ai).
When ship came, everyone celebrated. Makoto wait for the deceased character, but everyone called. And the ship moved.
Now it's time to diverge.
Ending 15A (16, Sekai ending): My destiny.
Makoto woke up, thinking time may have rewound and they are stuck in a repeating cycle of shipwrecks. Sekai expresses her feelings, stating that no matter how many times they repeat the experience, she’s destined to be with Makoto.
Ending 15B (17, Kotonoha ending): Thank you, island!
Sekai said it will take a bit time to reach port. Makoto thinked he got trapped in this island forever, but Kotonoha said she will take rest of her life with Makoto. Kotonoha want someday, only two of (Makoto, Kotonoha) return to this island.
Ending 15C (18, Kokoro ending): A sister...
The island are smaller and smaller. Kokoro are sit in Makoto thigs. Kotonoha and Makoto chatting, said he and Kokoro are curious of each other.
Ending 15D (19, Setsuna ending): Se-chan!
Setsuna is feeling lonely, but Makoto has comforted her. She want to date with Makoto when both returned mainland. And Makoto want to call Setsuna by name, Se-chan, and kissed Setsuna.
Ending 15E (20, Otome ending): Senpai or silence...
Otome feel grateful about island. If Karen alive, she will annoy her Senpai, but Makoto are constant, choose Otome.
If Karen deceased, Makoto and Otome pray Karen stay alive, and when they returned, Karen won't sulk.
Ending 15F (21, Hikari ending): Bake a cake.
The island is brought Hikari and Makoto to each other. Hikari a excited about Makoto chef skill. And Makoto is worked non-stop at pastry shop run by Hikari parent.
Ending 15G (22, Karen ending): So good!
Karen need Makoto hug her like lover. If Otome alive, she want to show Makoto to Otome. If Otome are deceased, she want to stop everything love Senpai. Then Makoto touch a unknown point and Karen feel so good.
Ending 15H (23, Ai ending): Communication.
Makoto want Ai communicate with captain , she said her English skill are bad. If Karen alive, she will poked Ai, If Karen deceased, she will miss Karen. If she killed Hikari, she want to go home fast.
Ending 24 (BAD Ending): Chaos! (Makoto are trying to save Kotonoha from free fall, but two head are collided, blood are flowing from Makoto head. He got unconcious and deceased because fall from cliff).

En una parte del juego la Kotonoha como siempre se desestabiliza y amenaza a Sekai con su ya conocida arma. Y también, en este juego puedes sacar un final malo en donde la Otome, se vuelve yandere y mata a Makoto :v
Ah y en una parte, en otra ruta, Sekai en un ataque de enojo a causa de una discusión con Kotonoha, la empuja y cae de un acantilado, igual que en el opening XD
