Laura, this one video really illustrates one of the MAIN reasons why I love your channel! The fact that you showed us the cake out of the oven, then cut to the cake after cooling off so that we could watch you cut into it and take a few bites is why I love watching your videos. It's just something about seeing a chef/person actually taste and eat the food they cook and enjoy it that makes you want to try it too!
My kids watch you every Friday night before bed. Today we made this, and it is FABULOUS! Thank you so much for sharing.
I've done this recipe various times and it always turns out perfect, everyone loves it! I leave out the eggs and substitute them with 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Because the batter has mashed banana in it, which is a well known egg substitute in baking, eggs aren't necessary. It always turns out lovely and soft, and never lasts long! Thank you for this recipe

She should bring in Joe and cook with him a full meal starter, main course and dessert! I am going to make a treat on the day she launches her 1000th episode! I'm so excited! What shall I make? Something easy though I'm not much of an experienced baker I am great at making shortbread and vanilla cupcakes 😋

Bananas Foster is such a great classic - one of my very favorites to make. I love that you added this twist to your banana bread. It looks delicious!
I just made it this morning! Even though I sprayed with Pam, it still stuck on the sides a little but I just spooned the caramel on those places and we're all good! It is SCRUMPTIOUS!!! SInce it was completely cool, we heated for 12 seconds in microwave and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top..... TO DIE FOR!! Love this recipe!!!

Just made this and it is so good! I made a little more of the caramel and used 4 bananas to cover bottom of a 13x9 pan, that way the ratio of caramel-banana per bread is greater= awesomer! Next time I will add pecans... yes, there will definitely be a next time!

Thanks for the recipe. I used a regular yellow boxed cake and added to ripe bananas and following the recipe for the sauce and bananas. It came out delicious!!!!

I make banana mini muffins a lot; they're quick on the go food never once thought about making a cake out of it with a carmel topping. This is a must try
What I do with cake is put it in a bowl with milk and eat it like that, OMG SO GOOD. Always enjoy watching your videos Laura and late at night too haha
