Your vedios are just amazing. I just came across and loved it. The best part is you give a complete conception instead of just describing how the process took place. Can you please make a vedio on alternative polyadenylation of mRNA ? I will be very grateful.
Could you please help me by sharing my contents with your friends group/ college group. I put huge efforts in making these videos but unfortunately not a lot of people are watching this.
Sir in the pathfinder Life science book..vol2 ..it is written that U1 is recruited first... but you are telling U2 ..which one is correct..?sir.. Btw.. wonderful explanation sir♥️

Because in the branch site secondary structure is not forms that's why we called branch site
at around 3:40 it shows BRACH point instead of BRANCH point?
Well done. But the sequence you have mentioned in which the snrnps are recruited is a bit wrong. Do rectify. Thanks.
Thanks for the feedback

can you tell what references do you use to make those videos? It would help a lot. Congrats!
You can study this part from Watson 's molecular biology of the gene
well done, but how do cell know which alternative to splisome?
Answer is in this video ruclips.net/video/JhP3kHVmicw/видео.html

Splicing actually means joining
True in some sense
Plss suggest any review paper on this topic as csir is asking in depth Q from this topic
okay may be i will make more videos on this
@@animatedbiologywitharpan yes plss there are terms like exon junction complex (EJC) how they assist in mRNA transport and in splicing have been asked in exams
does splicing occurs in dna?
The mode of arrangements of dna segments is via recombination like we find in case of antibody Gene's. Splicing is restricted to RNA and not DNA
Not branch point it is branch site
You are technically correct...thanks for the feedback....
Correct your mistake and comment me sir
U r Hussain bio na?
no , we are different. Hussain use white board drawings to explain concepts and we use animations
Will someone rescue him from the tunnel he's stuck in??
