    It is really helpful and please make video on recombinant DNA technology,Restriction enzyme colony and also tell topics of biotechnology as I am studying mol bio and biotech it's all kind of mugging up

    Sir, are the 5 books[ Watson, lodish, lehninger, Prescott, Path finder -2 books] ,that you've mentioned in one of your videos, sufficient to clear JAM 2019? OR do I need some additional books as well? Please reply!

    Sir, How dose RNA polymrase detect consensuce sequence ? you may say by sigma protein; but if so how sigma protein was transcreibe in the first place? how that holoenzame differentiate between thousand promotor?

      Yup you are right. But this is only true for bacterial transcription. Eukaryotic transcription is different
