We had the very similar load of crap as this in Canada. That 'show' was called Ice Road Truckers. These two shows are interchangeable. In Aus its the heat and isolation in Canada its the cold and isolation. but the plot is always the same....some phoney high-risk load that only our 'hero' can haul and the fate of the free world rests on our hero getting it there on time and all the while battling Mother Nature and Father Time. Ever notice that ALL these (scripted) breakdowns can all be fixed on the road with little or no tools?? I've been trucking long haul for @45 years in mostly isolated areas too and I will say that these two cartoon shows DO NOT reflect reality in trucking whatsoever. Kind of insulting actually.....Ice roads truckers was cancelled off TV after about 10 years of bullshit stories and I can see this show going down that same road.
