Those sound so crunchy and good! Love watching ur videos in the background at school lol
Loved the more talky style of videos recently, these look super interesting to make.
When I first started eating mochi about 30 years ago it was baked. It was from Eden soy brand and came in a block that you had to cut and bake. It would puff up slightly and I would fill it with peanut butter and brown rice syrup.
ooo very interesting!! i love mochi so would defo want to try this
I am not really into mochi, but the crunchiness of these you baked sound interesting to my taste and I might try to bake them too ;-)
Looks like they willmake great "road travelling" snacks. Especially if they had a topping (sesame, peanuts, etc)
I was given a big pouch of date paste from a middle eastern shop (I think the one I was given was Saudi Arabian in origin). I wonder if that would work? I use it in my breakfast cereal and I think there's no added ingredient - it's just dates, pasted!
I spy a RUclips 100k subscribers plaque 👀
