- Ghostwire: Tokyo is a really pretty game, with a gorgeous take on post-apocalyptic Tokyo, combined with flashy animations and effects. It's a graphical showcase that should be fun to play while also being pleasing to the eyes. Unfortunately, if you're someone who is sensitive to input lag, you might be disappointed with how it feels to play on PlayStation 5. There's also a chance that even if your console is set to 4K, you may actually be playing the game in 1080p. Tips for how to fix both of these issues can be found in this video!

This seems to be a common thing with Bethesda games. Dishonored and deathloop both have horrible aiming acceleration and input lag as well on console. As much as COD gets criticized at least they nailed how smooth and responsive there games are to play.

Deathloop was legit unplayable for me on PS5, Rage 2 is barely playable, and Wolfenstein 2 was a big nope for me on consoles. So glad others notice this weird trend. Luckily Doom was able to bypass these issues.
Halo games are also very smooth and responsive, Halo Infinite is so smooth for example

@@_Cetarial they sure didn't. Besides Doom, this is a common theme throughout all the games they publish though. Deathloop, Wolfenstein, Rage 2, Dishonored 2, Ghostwire Tokyo.

Why would HFR perf mode WITH vsync cap the framerate to 60 if you have a 120hz screen??

The game is out if you bought Deluxe Edition, folks are already playing it. The day one patch came out over the weekend and it didn’t change anything addressed in this video.

This is a console related issue.
Ich habe ein Problem auf der ps5 mit HDMI Auflösung
Habe das spiel gestern installiert und sobald das spiel sich öffnet, geht die Grafik komplett auf minimal und die Auflösung sieht dann wie 480p aus auch ps5 menü
Und egal welche Grafik modus ich eingestelle, siehts immer gleich aus
Bei dyinglight 2 seit dem update habe ich das Problem auch
Ich musste dann den HDMI raus nehmen und wieder rein (samsung 4k tv)
Dann ging das spiel ganz normal mit 4k und konnte zwischen 6 Grafik modi auswählen
Sobald ich das spiel dann schließe und neu starte fängt alles von vorne, ich muss das verdammte HDMI kabel immer raus nehmen und wieder rein
Das habe ich nur bei Ghostwire und dyinglight 2
Kann mir jemand helfen und sagen wo das Problem liegt?

Yep! That’s screen tearing. I go over how to fix it in the video, but for comments sake: whatever video mode you’re playing in, make sure to switch it to VSync mode!

Completely incorrect. This game is built from the ground up for PS5. It was long in development before any deals were made by Xbox. Even the PC version of this game has built in DualSense support. This has nothing to do with console strength. Wolfenstein 2, Rage 2, Dishonored have always had these issues, even on Xbox.
