I'm earning around $300-$400 along with 25-30 orders every single month but still my promoted gigs option is inactive. Please resolve this issue because due to this I'm facing lots of issues and loss to my business. I've 2 video editors in my team and it's becoming difficult for me to continue. Some of the sellers who joined in October have like 20 order already, HOW??? please help me
How is your Fiverr journey now? Don't look at other sellers because they might be driving traffic outside of Fiverr into their Fiverr account. They might got a bit lucky with the search at the beginning. In the long term, if you do things right, you won't see big jumps in ranking.

Find another traffic sources and drive traffic to your fiverr. It's not easy but small steps will help you get on the right track.
