To stop randomly in Venice or in any other famous city will never allow you to try the real food. Especially in Venice.
On the other hand and I don’t mean to be offensive…, it is also true that foreigners, especially Americans they like anything and to them everything is delicious.
Few examples: no way you want to eat a Cannolo which is Sicilian in Venice. They’re not even the real ones, they stuffed with cream etc while the original have ricotta cheese, differently made crust( cannolo ) and they’re filled up at the moment.
The rice balls too are Sicilian and the ones there are machine made…
Spaghetti with meat sauces too, are not venitian and never eat in restaurants in the busiest tourist areas…

Thank you for the feedback! We definitely needed more time in Venice. It was an incredible place and the food we ate may not be famous for being from Venice, but it certainly was still delish 🙏🏼🙌🏼♥️

Let me know how that “matriculation “ goes. Look it up if you don’t know how to use it. Same with pronunciation of bruschetta. Take the time to read at least the introduction to a guide on Venice. It will help you and your blog immensely.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us constructive feedback about channel and content. We have a whole series of Italian videos posted and coming on our vlog where we are just enjoying and documenting our humble and unscripted experiences. I do just want to add one thing, the use of matriculation. I'm using it in "slang" form for reference. The great coach Hank Stram for reasons not fully known used this word in a highly figurative manner and it's stuck ever since.
