I've lived in Italy for 54 years travelled around and seen lots of things and places in it but the depressing thing is that I know that I've only scratched the surface and that it would take more than one mere human lifetime to see and experience so many other things in this wonderful varied country. There is always something more exciting to discover and see just around that next corner. One thing is for sure. Italy is never ever boring. Even for Italians.
Hi, I'm an Italian guy and everything you have just seen is only an infinitesimal part of the beauties of our country. Here every city and every village has its history and its places to visit. In every place there is something different to see. So I advise you, in addition to seeing all the most famous places, to explore why every place in Italy is a gem.
Ciao! I'm writing to you from Italy, by chance I arrived on your channel, you are really two nice young girls. I hope you will come to Italy one day! May I suggest you avoid the usual places (I know some are a must), but Italy is a treasure trove of wonders in almost every city and town. For example, I suggest you to watch online some videos of little-known cities such as Padua, Bergamo, Verona and I could add dozens! Volterra, Syracuse, Trieste, Turin..... All these are beautiful and definitely cheaper and far less crowded than Florence, Venice, Rome... See you in Italy!!

U can easily combine several countrys, when visiting Europe..Just avoid june/juli/ August, many places then are overcrowded and everything is quiet expensive..
If you want to visit as much as Italy possible at your age the best option is to come in Bologna as an Exchange student at unibo University. In Bologna you have an international airport to travel in Europe connected with each major capital of Europe and the opportunity to use hv trains in each direction so milan is 1 hour, venice 1 hour, Firenze 1, Rome 2, Naples (amalfi) 3, verona 1, Bolzano 2 and an half hour (dolomites) In Bologna we have the best regional food and the best cars (Lamborghini) and mbikes (Ducati), excellent gelatos and streetware (scout). Don't forget to visit museums and churches you can find Raffaello, Michelangelo and many great artists from renaissance.

these are 10 places but there is almost not a number to define what you can find also not famous: Mantova e Borghetto sul Mincio not far from Verona, Umbria: Assisi, Orvieto undergroud, Perugia, Spello, Lazio: Bolsena, The monster park of Bomarzo, Civita di BagnoRegio, La cascata delle Marmore Piediluco lake, Friuli: Lussari, Sacile, Udine, Laghi di Fusine, Palmanova with a airplane and a horse, The Aquileia Cathedral and Grado Vecchia, Trieste, Carso e la Val Rosandra, la Carnia e Le Dolomiti friulane, Cividale del Friuli. Campo imperatore in Abruzzo possibly driving a sport car, I lidi di Venezia and Chioggia. The Langhe in Piedimont, Around Lake of Garda, I Sassi di Matera in Basilicata.... The park of Sila in Calabria.. Isernia and Termoli in Molise. The small islands: Il Giglio. L'Elba, le Egadi , Le Tremiti, Pantelleria, Ischia, le Lipari. Endless list.
Hi, not even we, Italians, can afford Italy anymore. Btw, a friend's advise, if you plan a trip visit unusual places. Just take a map of Italy and randomly go somewhere, surely in a 50km range you'll find something amazing, just avoid tourists traps which are common in most popular places.
Yes, Tuscany is a wonderful place to live and then Lago Di Garda and Lago Como - the most beautiful places to live in Italy, but he forgot to mention Sud Tirol /Bolzano, Merano/
Girls, it's best to get a house or hotel half an hour or an hour away from the places you want to visit and then take the train. Then get some sandwiches and only go to a restaurant every now and then, everything will cost you much less. Also look at where you pay to enter, both cities and monuments
This video shows the beauty of Italy only in a small part. It's a shame that it wasn't able to also show the beauty of many other places such as: Naples, Venice, Verona, Calabria... (and I could have continued forever). I hope that one day you will have the chance to discover how truly magnificent this country is.
I'm Italian and I really enjoyed this video. I love the variety of landscapes that my country can offer, from the top of the mountains (I live in the northwest at 2882 meters above sea level literally on the border between Italy and France) to the coasts in the south. I really hope that one day you will be able to visit my country.
As an Italian I don't think we showed much and I think there is much better in Italy like Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa or Venice they are magnificent however the video is nice greetings
I would have included Venice instead of Florence. Florence it’s beautiful of course, but not even close compared to Venice, plus Venice is so unique. If I had to include 2 cities in a top 10 list it would be Rome and Venice for sure.
The video showed 1% Italy beauty. However is not so expensive to visit Italy (especially the South). It depends how many places you would like to see. If you like Tuscany and Val D’Orcia (the place you said you would like to live), you can rent an apartment for some days in Perugia, in the beautiful region of Umbria (very closed and similar to Tuscany) and reach the the point of interest by train or by car. Rome and Florence are 2 hours far from Perugia. Val D’Orcia and Siena 1 h and half ecc. and obviously you can visit the wonderful city of Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto in Umbria.
Continue with you blog, one day you became famous and gain much money, after you easily realize you dream to buy an house in italy, in italy the house don' t cost much as in U.S.A. .
