Not an update persay, but I didn’t mention it. The s4 set is the same as s3, but cannot be mix and matched with it. Don’t replace your tier set untill you have a FULL s4 4pc.
Edit: Made a video on it, but don’t get Signet Brand. Fights are too short this tier. Anvil still good, but with all the deaths people are having these days Grieftorch is a great option

Some how why i dont know when i get in demonic form with eye beam and immidiatly spam death sweap and 2 anniliation demonic form timer drop before i can use death sweap second time. Can you explain me what i am doing wrong? As i saw your death sweap has 5 sec cd but mine has 8.4 when its blade dance and 6.7 sec in demon form something triggering of skill cds but cant figure out.
I'm experiencing this issue too. Is there a certain haste requirement or something else we're missing?
What is the soft cap for critical and mastery where you would switch to haste and verse. I don't really know how to sim
It’s around 50% crit and 4300 mastery. Rough estimate, obviously simming is a more accurate answer

Given that we take Inner Demon (with Esoteric Low Mover), is it most optimal technically to let your Demonic fall off (provided you wouldn't be holding Eye Beam for more than a few seconds) and then re-enter it to get the Inner Demon damage from your next Annihilation? Or should we just always send Eye Beam on cooldown and treat Inner Demon as just an icing on the cake, sort of nice thing when it happens?
Inner demon procs after eyebeam cast, even if you dont exit and re-enter meta, so you shouldnt hold it. Extending demonic with it counts : )

IDK why people say Havoc is a simple 4 button spec. They obviously haven't played Havoc in years.
the second someone says that you immediately know they havent touched the spec at all since the start of dragonflight

What are the diminishing return points for crit and mastery?
It’s roughly 50% crit and like 4K mastery where it starts to not be worth it. Follow your own sim though as this stuff is very hard to give an exact value to.
Can I farm normal and hard mode every week for the Double Time? And please refresh my memory, how is hard mode activated? Ty for your video!
Its one instance so you only get one between the two. You activate it now by talking to Nozdormu at the start. We're not FULLY certain if it does drop a heroic one or not, the dungeon journal on PTR hasnt really made up its mind
I don't get how you buff Glaive Tempest and Eye Beam ? Is it because of Chaotic Disposition ?

How do you (and other DHs) feel about the forced rushing around as havoc? May just be because I am new, but it feels like such a nuisance to have to fel rush / VR all the time
Some people dont like it, lots of people do like it. Its engaging and a very unique aspect of DH you cant find anywhere else.
I didn't see u using trow glaive on the rotation. There is a reason for that?

Your tier set throws it for you automatically with blade dance/death sweep. It’s technically a very small gain (400 dps~) to throw it before you overcap, but in a guide like this that’s omitted
intrigued to see at what gear level the ST low mover will surpass inertia for my character. Gonna sim a lot :D entering s4 im 488 with M signet, so once i get the anvil in week 2 with the bullions, it might be low mover time :)
also: please let me loot double time week 1, please please
I was doing sims for my next video (on wednesday) and with 496 augury/489 signet they were roughly the same already. Should pull ahead on the ST/low cleave bosses pretty early in the season i think.

By you saying hardmode for the glaive in dawn , is that on M0?
Dawn is in only as an m0, which normally drops 515. We currently have no idea if a 522 DT is possible as blizzard has given us no clarity and the dungeon journal has shown it being both obtainable and not obtainable at different times. But if it is obtainable at that ilvl, it’s from hardmode, which is activated by talking to nozdormu at the start of the dungeon

why no augury in m+ with ashes^? i feel its insanely good
Augury doesn’t scale very well into aoe, only increasing by 15% per target up to 5 (vs almost 50% got havoc abilities) and is a crit equip, meaning you lose at least 2-3% overall from no Agi. It’s FINE but it’s worse than other options like grief or pips

I notice your VR on dummies are always against the wall... this increases uptime that isn't realistic in true combat. Any advice?
VR through a target, or side to side. it’s the same thing, just isn’t possible on dummies. There’s a few videos on the channel about it

Dont mean to come off as sarcastic but I'm genuinely grateful for you guide showing me that I don't wanna play Havoc this season. Full BiS gear coming from Raid and no-mover builds being BiS in any situation is the death of Havoc every single time.
Fwiw, you can buy every single raid item with Dinar’s, so you only need to do an lfr wing a week to gear, and you can get full mythic that way. And the other build is only a few % ahead and isn’t even used on every boss :)

Theres.... Theres no move builds? 🥲🥲 Having to balance inertia, essence break etc. In tiny windows makes me cry.
Trying 3 times harder to pull okay dps while other classes beat me with 1 button lmfao.
how to sim for M+?
No perfect way, Dslice is generally fine for a quick answer to gearing but it assumes constant combat and the pulls are pretty small. Should also look at 8 tar patchwork and take the two results together
