Sounds like PSU's Dean needs a new private parking spot and they're using this as an excuse.

Leave it to the city of Portland to find new ways of regulating businesses out of existence. I eat here. Poor guys.

The city of Democrats err Portland regulates more buisness out of business, but lets PGE gouge citizens to a point were they have to pick between food, rent, and heat. Not to mention insurance companies are now making sure that only the wealthy can afford to drive! Thank Democrats!
