this is perfect for me bc I recently just started wearing falsies everyday!
just be careful not to wear falsies everyday because that will make your own lashes fall since they're heavy on them. just like when you put fake nails or acrilic, they become weaker and they don't have enough time to "breath" meaning to take a rest from these heavy products.
+Moonlight S actually lashes are not the problem, your eyelid will sag
+Moonlight S that's not true at all... They shouldn't actually even affect them or be that close to make them "fall". They are an illusion. They don't actually push or pull if you applied them right.
Meyahna Conley if you notice how heavy your eyelids become when you put falsies on, you'll know it's true. If you don't believe, just try to put falsies everyday for a month!

Even after watching sooooo many videos how to apply false lashes, im still a mess. Looks so easy to do, but trust me, it's not.
FR, same HERE!! check reviews first, get them done professionally, and take good care of them (don't get drunk and fall asleep on face either). I'm so hit and miss with falsies, I just get them done now, and it's basically the same price, and one day of work every few weeks :)
It will get easier trust me it used to take me 30 min to put it on now its just like 2 min

HEY EVERYONE!!! EASY TRICK FOR APPLYING LASHES:
If you use a thin brush and put the eyelash glue on your eyelid it will help set the lashes where you intended them to be without them sliding all over and not lining up right. Put the glue along the lash line, let it get tacky as you normally would, then put the lashes on! You can also put a little bit on the eyelash band but you don’t need much on there! I love this little trick - it works great!! Try it!
How to remove the false eyelashes?
@@Zorahime29 you just grab the edge of the falsie and pull it away from your eyelid
@@Zorahime29 NO! dont just pull, you could rip out your real lashes! grab the outer side of the lash, pull it down slightly, and then slowly peel it off

You can try some chinese brand lashes, they are super light and it's easy to bend them as they are not sturdy

This was very helpful, I always thought you were supposed to glue them to your real lashes. No one really explains how to apply them.

@Alaina Hile i heard if you put them directly on top of the lashes but put the glue on the skin, they’ll stick a lot longer. although i haven’t tried this lol

The lash applying tool thing that I just bought really has saved my time my eyelashes have been easier to put on :)
The inner corner is my enemy
Everytime I try to put the false lashes on the skin close to my lashes, my real eyelashes are in the way and the falsies just get stuck in them, and I get glue in my real lashes and make a mess --> I'll have to reapply the glue on the lashes and take out the glue from my real lashes.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Yes. You have to take an eye lash curler and gently pull them downward to move them out of the way. I have the same problem. Hope this helps you!! Good Luck!! 😊

There is a technique called reverse-curling your eyelashes. Which is basically when you take an eyelash curler and use it upside down on your lashes. What it's suppose to do is straighten your lashes to make applying falsies a lot easier. Especially if you have thick curly lashes like me... Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks for this. I have been using magnetics recently but I was frustrated because I couldn't figure out where I was going wrong. This is great inspiration. It's nice to know that you have to make them work for yourself instead of believing that falsies are not right for you

Great video! You did a great job of being thorough, yet concise. This video resulted in a MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT of my application, even the first time after watching. I tried putting lashes on myself yesterday just reading the 3 steps on the adhesive box. Fail! They were uncomfortable and didn't look right. I ruined the falsies and damaged my lashes at takeoff because I used WAY too much glue. It was so bad I was going to scrap the idea of trying strip lashes. Glad I decided to see what a few pointers could do. Massive Improvement! They look good, feel comfortable, and I am confident I can get them off without damaging them or me. The single most helpful parts were the close up of the right amount of glue to apply vs too much glue and the tip to go in from above the lashline, not straight on. Thanks again!

I'm watching this in 2017 and this is by far the most helpful eyelash tutorial I've ever watched. I didn't realize that I was doing so many little things wrong and those were the reasons why my lashes never turn out the way I want them to look!

Hope you haven't been applying them to your lashes, when you go to remove the lashes and the glue it'll take your real lashes with it:(

+ειρηνη Τζοβι not really if you'll just pull off the falsies instead of your own lashes 😅. mascara isn't a very good glue so the lashes won't be glued to the falsies. don't worry :)

omg! yes, i always struggle with getting them to look the same! keep redoing them and in the end my lids are a gluey mess and have ruined the cut crease. Will defo be using these tips!

What eyelash adhesive do you use?
I have always struggled with them looking natural on me.. my question is; where should they begin? do I want them placed all the way to my inner corner? I feel like they look funny on me that way, can I end them before the inner cover drops down to connect to the corner? (if that makes sense?)
Of course you can! I never take them all the way to the tear duct because first,the lash band annoys when I blink and second,I think this way they look better on my eyes.There are no rules,just find what works best for you :) I would also suggest you to try out "corner lashes" .They are very easy to apply because you glue them just in the outer corner of your eyes. 😊

You have to know how to wear them and not extremely long they look ridiculous unless you're entertainer.
