"if you have uneven eyelids, which like most of us do.." bruh, literally have been bothered by my uneven eyelids for the past couple of days whenever I try to click a selfie...this was the reassurance I needed
Have you thought about using double sided eyelid tape? I used to have uneven eyelids (born like that - slight lazy eye) and after using eyelid tape almost every day for a year my lids look almost identical to each other even without the tape now. It formed a new crease and lifted the droopier eye. Just a recommendation since surgery is expensive.

Just came across this channel and the first thing I noticed was her skin. I am loving that I can see texture! She looks great without using a blurring filter to hide her natural "flaws". They're not even flaws, they're just a part of being human; lines, pores, uneven texture. I think it's beautiful! ❤️ And who said a pixie cut couldn't look feminine? She oozes understated girlyness.
Oh. My. God. This, this is what I have been needing for YEARS. Thank you! Thank you so much. This was the most informative, straightforward, to the point video I have ever seen. bro this video is so helpful the way i had been putting my lashes on made it super difficult to get them to stick to my inner corners but once i actually thought to put glue on the edge of the band and place them more upright it's so much easier!!
1. I *LOVE* how straightforward your videos are. 2. I didn't even realize I already do this, but you are *so* right. I tilt my lashes upward for my "lazy" eye (or just arch the application a little bit so the curve matches better, but it depends on how thick my eyeliner is). 3. This is like the third video where you have taught me something, so now you have a new subscriber.
Try putting a small amount of glue on your actual inner corner and wait for that to get tacky, I used to struggle with this too and now I never have a problem! :)

This is why I never used false eyelashes, it always made my eyes smaller than what they already are. I thought it was me but apparently I was doing it wrong. I’ll try again using your tips, thanks!
She’s SO real and just factual, not trying to be fake or people please, and I appreciate that SO. MUCH. I’ve gained so much knowledge on how to do my makeup just from watching like two or three of her videos. She lays it all out there, and you just gotta take it or leave it. No sugar coating. It’s so helpful!! I’m tired of people showing you how to put on makeup as if you already know how to put on makeup... or they only show what they’re sponsored by, which means they have to say good things about it. This girl doesn’t even care about that stuff, but just wants to share what she knows and what she enjoys doing!! She doesn’t even make all her videos 10+ minutes for monetization purposes! It’s just reveals more of her genuine personality. Subscribed!!
I just tried false lashes for the first time today and I had one droopy lash and the other looked perky and nice. This video helped me understand that I probably put one on at a flat angle and the other with a lift. Thanks so much!! This video was awesome.
I have hooded lids and can never seem to find a pair of lashes that looks nice. Even the most natural can look exaggerated for my small eye. But I’ll have to try this and see if it makes a difference
same! it sucks because my right side of my face is slightly higher than the other and my right eye and brow is more pulled up and the other side is droopy
Jazel Rubio mine too! 😫😂 I can never get even eyeliner. My eyeshadow always comes out different on one eye because one is more hooded than the other. Lol
I have REALLY hooded eyes so I feel like applying eyelashes at all is difficult for me, but when I do I feel like the ‘straight’ application is better for me. I’ve never been able to get them on cleanly though :/ I try to press down one corner to stick and then the rest of the lash lift off
Have you tried cutting them down? I have hooded eyes and its always a nightmare to try to apply a full lash so I cut it down to like 3/4 of my eye and it sticks down and feels comfortable. Lash glue makes a big diff too, I cant apply lashes with any cheapeer brands (ardell ect) but with the tarte one, ive never had an issue
Hooded eyes can be so tricky to do such normal looks 😭 maybe either try cutting the lash into pieces or not focusing the lash as much on the inner corner for a more cat eye look, which takes away from how hooded our eyes look. I feel your pain! Also lashes with a thicker band tend to be easier
So I’m a year late😁 but I agree with the other comments. Cut them in half and definitely trim the ends to custom fit. Also use a hand held/compact mirror and look straight down when applying them. I use DUO dark tone quick dry glue
This is the first video I’ve ever seen of her’s and the whole vibe feels like I was talking to a friend I’ve know for years! Like it doesn’t feel fake and like ooooo bye this!! Definitely subscribing

Yasss!! Last time I tried to put on lashes I glued my eye shut and sort of freaked out for a min then had to pull them apart…the only thing I DID get right was waiting for the glue to be tacky…at least I’m not the only one! Lololol 😁

This girl doesn’t even care about that stuff, but just wants to share what she knows and what she enjoys doing!! She doesn’t even make all her videos 10+ minutes for monetization purposes! It’s just reveals more of her genuine personality. Subscribed!!
Can you show in a future video exactly where you placed the glue? I'm a little confused by that part
Lol
I honestly prefer your videos to any makeup tutorial any day! Thank you, so informative, short, and to the point
I use DUO dark tone quick dry glue
omg you're so straight to the point and SO SO SO helping at the same time. love it
Having lashes that curl makes this harder. The glue just goes everywhere on my lashes
Use an eyelash curler UPSIDE DOWN. It will straighten your lashes and you’ll be able to apply your lashes easier. ✨
Straighten your lashes with hair straighteners worked for me ☺️
@@nimanixo I hope you're talking about straightening the falsies with an iron?!
@@famkefreckles6157 no straighten her real lashes with a straightener
@@nimanixo OMG! That is SO dangerous!
Changed my lash game in under 5 minutes....thank youuuuu, you natural beaty!!! 💋💋💋
I literally can never put on lashes decently so I’m gonna try this and hope it works! Thanks for the tip!
i love your titles and the straightforwardness of your videos
This Dude series speaks to me, and i dont even wear make up. I just watch her stuff and listen to her talk lol
This is the first video I’ve ever seen of her’s and the whole vibe feels like I was talking to a friend I’ve know for years! Like it doesn’t feel fake and like ooooo bye this!! Definitely subscribing
This is exactly how my lashes look sometimes I thought I just had a lazy eye 😂😂 just putting them on wrong
This video was so helpful...gosh I've been wondering why my eyelash strips always looked that way...I watched tutorial after tutorial and couldn't figure out why! Now your short video explained what I wanted to know for years...smh. Thank you.
Meanwhile I'm still trying to figure out how to not glue my eyes closed 🤣🤦♀️
place your lashes on with your eyes OPEN like she did in the video! You’ll never glue your eye closed
Kiss lash glue liner saved me from gluing my eyes closed yet again
Yasss!! Last time I tried to put on lashes I glued my eye shut and sort of freaked out for a min then had to pull them apart…the only thing I DID get right was waiting for the glue to be tacky…at least I’m not the only one! Lololol 😁
Ohmyf**God!!! Thank you so much for explaining this! I feel like I've watched 1000s of "eyelash tutorials" and none of them have explained why mine always looks like that right one instead of the left one!! Thank you!!!!😍😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩 Love this!!!
Am I the only one who thought the right side was the nice side 😂
Nope
Me.i couldn't figure out which was the wrong way from the thumbnail
honestly my favorite beauty youtuber. so helpful and informative without the drama. love the vibes :)
I’ve been doing it the wrong way this whole time, how embarrassing 😂
Angel Piotrowski, same! I was not even searching for this. But it showed up in my recommended, and I saw the thumbnail, and I was like "oh my goodness! My lashes ALWAYS look like the droopy one." I am very happy to be informed.😂
Don’t be embarrassed, most people have something that they struggle with. Keep practicing :)
THIS IS MY 1ST TIME WATCHING UR TUTORIALS...I HWBE SEEM U HEFORE ON THINBAILS, NEVER CLICKED BEFORE BC I WAS ALWAYS DISTRACTED...UR SO PRETTY THOUGH, NOT MANY PEOPLE 0CAN PULL OFF THAT SHORT HAIR, ESP W NO MAKE~UP...CANT WAIT TO SEE UR VIDEO!
I’ve literally needed this cause I been over here like
Why aren’t my lashes ever sticking up 👁👄👁
yep...Been doing it wrong! Thanks for leaving out all the jazz and just bringing simple plain facts. It helps alot.
Lol i was just wondering about the piercings, you scared me when u suddenly started answering my question😳, it’s like u heard me at the exact second i asked 🤣
I learn a lot watching you. I'm 23 and I'm just dabbling into makeup and this helps a whole lot. Thank you so much Alexandra
Next time can you give us a close-up on the lashes when you’re putting the glue on so we can see exactly where the placement is please 🙂
u put it along the whole band
I was confused when she was saying that she was putting glue on top of the band? What’s the top 🤷🏻♀️ ! I know I’m lame !
@@stephanierollins4492 ur not lame girl!! i didnt understand that part either!❤️
this is so helpful and also idk why maybe bc there’s no background music but your voice is soooo calming like .. it sounds like ASMR
I literally had no idea that this was even a thing. that u cld apply eyelashes differently lol
Girl I’ve ALWAYS struggled with putting lashes on and that second one is how they always looks and now it makes sense !! Thank you for this tip!!!!
Mold me, teach me, show me your ways. It's just laughable watching me try to apply lashes. Hysterically so. I appreciate this video more than I can say. My 21 year old daughter is coming home for Christmas and our goal is to make me a false lash pro. Hopefully, we're still speaking to each other by new year's!! Lol!!😂😍😘
😂 Good luck! Hopefully this helps a little! ❤️
Your eyebrows 😍 your hair 😍 you are literal perfection
Numero-uno Boom!
Thanks to everyone who made this possible,
I thank my younger self for focusing on the goal and not the hurdles. I thank my younger self for believing in himself when no one else did. I thank my younger self for being there no matter how tough the going got. I thank my younger self to always have the sense to distinguish an obsession from a dream. I am what I made of myself, and for that, I thank myself the most. LOLz
😂😂😂 A big round of applause everyone! 🙌🏼
Love this ♥️♥️♥️
Wow that's nuts how much the 1st set accentuates her eye compared to the other eye! Great tip! X
It's weird because with those lashes u can't even see her eyelids properly
I just found your channel and I’m hooked. I like the fact that you don’t use music, because it often drives me crazy + your videos are soooo informative, like wow
I didn't even know you could place lashes in multiple ways- I thought there was just- one way.. im so- what.. everything i know is a lie-
Your just the sweetest and most gorgeous lady on RUclips..you remind me of my daughter, she’s so great at makeup placement. Like you!
