If you're in a cutscene the other player can either walk around while it's happening or if it's In a separate location you just stay outside until the cutscenes ends. The ped/vehicle spawning is also extremely desynchronized which is probably why he has them off in the video 😂

sorry for being 3 mounths late and sadly no i tried it with my friend on LAN and it didnt work rlly well i mean it worked but things that didnt worked is he didnt see the lspdfr station icon and didnt work the M button as well but he saw me playing as cop model so idk you can try it out and tell me if it its better

Bruh OpenIV was never mentioned in your video then you mention it in description. Also if you have a more dated way to do this that'd be great, because the openIV site just says "not found" so it doesn't actually work anymore

put the scripthookV files in root directory(without bin folder) this fixed my error
