Bottom line: no matter if you buy or create a business, you have to know what you are doing.
you have to learn and be assertive. I own restaurants. My first 2 failed. I did what i wanted, not what was popular locally. Now, i actually profit and almost out of debt lmao.
i also work like 100 hours a week, no joke. I dont clock in, but 12-16 hours a day is my business. And ive done a few 48 hours straight days during opening week. If you dont care, you will fail. Easy as that.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
hella funny too.
Surprised that he didn't try to cold email the past customers. This would be the only reason I buy a store with no new rev but tons of old ones.
Thats the first and most obvious step, and one missed thats so obvious he either omitted it on purpose to generate clickbait and make these other tactics look higher impact, or just didn't do it at all which is very poor form. Either way its omission makes me seriously question the validity of any claims in this video whatsoever.
@@ALLenROOK or perhaps the product is crap, as its drop shipped garbage from AliExpress, do you’re very unlikely to have return customers? I don’t know this for sure, but is my hunch.
This man fr blurred his feet from the fiends 9:41. These comedic edits he does is underrated.
Tbh when buying a business for $14k I would want some inventory in a 3rd party distribution warehouse, I’d want some brand awareness and some returning customers, some social media acccounts established for some time. Otherwise you may as well start from scratch which is free 🤗
If he changes his domain, like he said in the last part of the video, then he might be starting from scratch. Few people know how to migrate domains without ruining their SEO. He also seems to be banking on social traffic conversions vs creating a robust multi-channel strategy, which will end up hurting him in the end. What’s that saying? “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” That’s especially true for e-commerce.

Scammer are rubbing hands right now, thanks a lot Bia.
I really see no point in buying a store with 14k, and you need ads to get sales.(but I know you can get it back using this video ads).
It's better buy a brand that have loyalty customers that they can comeback and buy what they want.
Thank you biaheza, I really love your videos, and motivate me a lot, hope you a nice day.
You're not going to get a brand with loyal customers, brand recognition and good sales for 14k.
I get the point, if the store is not generating any revenue by itself and doesn’t have physical inventory, then you’re just buying a website design for 14k…
The huge advantage with this are the data, the website and content itself is a bonus.
The most important part of dropshipping is product and market research. With this you can see all the analytics so you basically remove the hard part of dropshipping.
You're paying 14k for website and funnel design that has made $8M in sales.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
It saddens me to see fake businesses like this, that only exist to better market some one else's product.

As a fellow marketer, I can see the real work was a. Knowing what tick tok likes and will approve as an ad. B. Having the experience and knowledge to know how to read your data and optimize there ads and your hunch to cut down the size of the landing page c. having the experience and knowledge to troubleshoot rather than give up because (insert irrational subjective cause for lack of sales rather than realizing you needed to go over the backend shipping configurations).
I also love how you skimmed over all the actual hard work because you knew most people on RUclips wouldn't understand yet made a big deal out of basically purchasing something I (and no doubt you) know you could have done for free, minus hosting, domain costs and time to develop the site and maybe even apply for approval etc for the products.
Basically what I'm saying is that from a professional perspective, I'm impressed cause it might look easy to everyone else but even if they had all the willpower in the world, they wouldn't have the knowledge to do the things required to go from no sales to even 1.
Did the store not come with an email list? Could you have looked at running some email marketing campaigns to warm back up the customer base? - Love this vid
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Based on how random the products were even with an email list there is probably no brand loyalty for remarketing.
I couldn’t do this with my business. I did flyers logos and websites. Income was 5-7k a month. I had back surgery and haven’t been able to sit at my computer or laptop longer than 15 min. I couldn’t even watch this video without turning it off for a minute. I get migraines and just start crying because my body is in pain but I can barely feel it at times. I would have to sell the business to another designer which is kinda hard to do.
You have probably heard this suggestion before, but have you considered getting a standing desk? They even do ones that can lift up and down with an electric motor. They aren't the cheapest thing in the world but if it's the difference between keeping your business going and not it could be an option to consider.

its easier to sell to someone who already bought from you. just make a newsletter anouncing whatever and sales will sky rocket
You should be emailing your customer list too. The previous owner would have made consistent income if she did that.

How abou targeting the customers who have already bought from the store?
With 3 million in sales and $30 of AOV, that comes out to be around 100,000 contacts. Send an email to all of them and you'll definitely see some sales. Plus low marketing cost.
A lot of these drop shipping stores don't know how to do email marketing, they rely on paid ads more

dude I LOVE YOUR VIDS thank you so much for this content great job with editing & everything you're talking about
I was pumped on your first sale! Hope to see a follow up
Love the video! Just my thoughts after years of starting up (and failing) a couple businesses:
this works way better if you have a big email list. Email list is still king. Yes ads can make you a lot, but if you‘re buying an ECOM business you are mainly buying the email list. Other assets like ad content, product, Website etc. are second after any email list IMO.
If the email list is solid and the owner has just not been cranking that marketing, that can get you a lot of sales quickly just by optimizing that sales funnel.
can't fathom how this guy works with that mouse and keyboard
the memes are actually funny, thank you so much
Yooo Wtf!! I was actually going through the same process, looking for stores to buy a few weeks ago... and I came across Lenny Lemons! I even saved it as an example of a solid store. i'm surprised that websites that really stand out as dropshipping still work. I think its just us ppl who in the business can easily tell what website is dropshipping or not. regular ppl just don't notice it. goo vid treezy
Exactly. My dad buys from these dropshipping website tons of times. He loves to purchase trash and things that will only be used once or twice. Whenever he asks me for help i tell him I can get it cheaper from Ali express but the way some ads are done with nice videos he and the “checkout soon low stock “ messages make him buy asap to not lose the product.

the problem with those sales figures is you don't know how much it cost them to generate that revenue. The fact that they're all grouped in a small time period makes me think they ran ad campaigns or something extra during that time.

1. Eye Health Concerns I have experienced significant issues with my eyesight after staring directly at the sun, which caused damage to my eyes. Additionally, I had a negative reaction when too much dilation liquid was applied to my eyes, exacerbating the problem. It is crucial to note that one should never allow dilation liquid to come into contact with their eyes, as it can weaken eye muscles and potentially lead to blindness. The largest reacall of overall many types of eye drops not counting dilation has been since 2023 till now.
2. Myopia and Screen Exposure There is a clear correlation between increased screen time and worsening myopia (nearsightedness). The more screens we use, the more strain we place on our eyes.
3. Protective Measures To protect your eyes during events like solar eclipses, it is essential to use proper eclipse glasses.
4. Dilation Risks I discovered numerous alarming stories about the effects of dilation by reading comments on videos discussing this topic. Many individuals have reported severe side effects, including acute angle-closure glaucoma. One commenter even mentioned that dilation led to his son’s Bell’s palsy.
5. Additional Precautions An elderly person spilled too much dilation liquid in my case, which has further weakened my eye muscles over time. The risks associated with eye drops include potential blindness, and there is still an ongoing recall related to these products.
6. Environmental Factors When driving, using side window deflectors can help reduce glare from the sun and protect your vision while driving in a car with tinted windows (other PROTECTORS: “rollens orangetanbrownvinylowblulites”).
Moreover, it’s important to consider that children absorb Wi-Fi radiation ten times more than adults; therefore, unplugging Wi-Fi devices when not in use can be beneficial for their health.
Lastly, I want to mention that vaccines for chickenpox can lead to shingles later in life.
