From ground level, it's a true kill combo on some characters at very specific percents, and the window to pull it off is extremely tight. Doing it on a platform like one of the replays here makes it way easier, and kill a lot earlier. The one on Meta Knight was true, and the one on Dedede was actually a 50/50. His only escape option would be to airdodge, and he just didn't.
